Terms of the Catizen Earn Campaign

Welcome to Wallet’s Catizen Earn Campaign (the "CATI Campaign"). By participating in the CATI Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

These Terms are an integral part of Wallet’s User Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement will prevail. 

Campaign Key Dates and Terms

1. The Campaign Start Date is 16th December, 2024 at 15:00 UTC
2. The Campaign End Date is 30th December, 2024 at 23:59 GMT time. The CATI Campaign is initially scheduled to last for 14 calendar days, although this duration may be subject to change at Wallet's discretion. For the most up-to-date information on the Campaign End Date, please refer to the FAQ section (FAQ in English, FAQ in Russian).

Eligibility

1. To participate in the CATI Campaign, you must be a User of Wallet and must be verified at Identification Levels “Extended” or “Advanced” to claim the Rewards. 
2. If you are verified at Identification Level “Basic”, you will not be able to claim your Rewards until you progress to a higher Identification Level.
3. If you are verified at Identification Level “Basic” at the Campaign End Date you will not be able to claim your Rewards at all. 
4. You cannot participate in the CATI Campaign if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Wallet  for any reason under the User Agreement and Wallet’s internal policies.
5. You may not be able to receive the Rewards if Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement between the moment you make the Rewards claim and the moment they are actually disbursed to your Wallet balance.
6. To participate in the CATI Campaign, your first Deposit should be made on any day during the term of the CATI  Campaign, but at least 24 hours before the Campaign End Date.

Deposit Terms

1. Deposits are made in Catizen (“CATI”).
2. Any committed Deposit balance cannot be withdrawn partially. 
3. Users may withdraw their full Deposit balance at any time. Withdrawing the full Deposit before the Campaign End Date terminates your participation in the CATI Campaign and you forfeit any Rewards from the previous calendar day. You remain eligible for any accrued, but not claimed Rewards that you have not forfeited by withdrawing your full Deposit before the Campaign End Date.
4. Each User is allowed to commit from 0,1 to 1000 CATI as Deposit  at a CATI Campaign cycle. You can top-up your Deposit balance up to this 1000 CATI limit. The minimum deposit amount is 0,1 CATI. The Rewards will accrue on your updated Rewards balance from 00:01 GMT time of the next calendar day. Please note that both the minimum and maximum deposit amounts required to participate in the CATI Campaign may be subject to change at Wallet's discretion. Rewards

1. The Campaign Reward Pool is set at 100,000.00 (one hundred) CATI. The exhaustion of the Campaign Reward Pool ends the CATI Campaign. Wallet may revise the Campaign Reward Pool at any given time with no notice to the Users.
2. Accrual and Rates: Rewards accrue on a daily basis from the first Deposit you make after the Campaign Start Date to the Campaign End Date, unless you have withdrawn your full Deposit earlier. 
3. Wallet offers a tiered Annual Percentage Yield (APY) structure, directly rewarding you based on the duration of your commitment to the CATI Campaign. The exact APY structure for this CATI Campaign can be found at FAQ section. The APY structure is not fixed and may change at Wallet’s discretion. 
4. Rewards are calculated daily in CATI based on the Deposit balance of the previous calendar day in CATIR and are paid out in CATI.
5. Accrued Rewards can be claimed starting December 17, 2024, and must be claimed within 7 calendar days after the Campaign End Date. After this 7 calendar days period, unclaimed Rewards will no longer be available and by not claiming within this timeframe, you forfeit your right to receive these Rewards. Please note that transactions with the claimed Rewards will be available when CATI are made available for all users of Wallet.
6. Rewards are not automatically distributed. A User receives the Rewards by clicking on the “Claim rewards” button that will update the User’s CATI balance in Wallet. The minimum withdrawal amount for Rewards is 0,0001 CATI.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any profits or protection of Deposits and Rewards. Technical difficulties on Wallet’s side may interfere with the CATI Campaign and even end it. Your participation is at your own risk.
