Terms & Conditions: 14 February Campaign

Welcome to Wallet’s 14 February Campaign (the "Campaign”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

These Terms are an integral part of Wallet’s User Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement will prevail. 

Campaign Key Dates and Terms

1. The Campaign Start Date is February 14, 2025 at 11:00 CET. 
2. The Campaign End Date is February 16, 2025 at 23:59 CET.

Eligibility

1. To participate in the Campaign, you must be a User of Wallet.
2. You cannot participate in the Campaign if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement and Wallet’s internal policies.
3. You may not be able to receive the Rewards if Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement between the announcement of your entitlement to the Rewards and the moment they are actually disbursed to your Wallet balance.

Participation

1. To participate in the Campaign, users must purchase a specified amount of USDT via Mercuryo onramp partnership and deposit it into their Wallet account. Wallet will round the transaction amount to the nearest eligible tier and apply the corresponding Reward as outlined in the FAQ section [FAQ in English | FAQ in Russian]. 
2. Only the first transaction of the exact specified amount under the respective tier made during the Campaign period qualifies for the Reward. If a participant makes multiple purchases within the respective tier, only the first eligible transaction will be rewarded.

Reward

1. The total Reward Pool is $16,485.56 USDT. The first 2,818 participants who successfully purchase the specified amounts of USDT in the respective tier will receive a Reward. 
2. The exhaustion of the Campaign Reward Pool ends the Campaign. Wallet may revise the Campaign Reward Pool at any given time with no notice to the Users.
3. Rewards will be distributed by February 17, 23:59 CET. To receive Reward, you must be verified at Identification Levels “Extended” or “Advanced” to receive the Rewards.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any profits or protection of Deposits and Rewards. Technical difficulties on Wallet’s side may interfere with the Campaign and even end it. Your participation is at your own risk.
