Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the “Terms”) govern participation in the Christmas Special Promotional Campaign (hereinafter: the “Christmas Special”) organized by the operating company Wallet Services (hereinafter: the “Wallet”). By participating in the Christmas Special, you (hereinafter "Participant" or "you") agree to be bound by the rules set forth herein, which constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Wallet. These Terms are an integral part of the User Agreement between you and Wallet. The provisions specified in the User Agreement will apply in the event that any matter is not explicitly covered in the Terms.

 Christmas Special: general information

Participation in the Christmas Special, including any associated raffles, is entirely voluntary. By engaging in the Christmas Special, you acknowledge and agree that the primary aim of the Christmas Special is to promote Wallet Services, while simultaneously offering you a source of enjoyment and entertainment during the holiday season. 

Participation in any raffles or associated activities does not in any way affect the core functionalities of Wallet Services, and you retain the freedom to opt in or out of the Christmas Special at their discretion without impacting their access to the standard Wallet Services.

To be eligible to participate in the Christmas Special and any related events, you must abide by the terms and conditions stated in these Terms, the User Agreement and any other applicable policies. Your eligibility to participate in the Christmas Special and its associated offerings, including the possibility of not receiving a prize, may be affected by your failure to abide by these Terms and the User Agreement.

Participation Rules

The  Christmas Special will span from December 26, 2023 to December 30, 2023, providing a window for participation throughout this period. Each day during the Christmas Special, Participants will receive a daily task related to exploring Wallet opportunities to accomplish. Tasks will be released daily at 08:00 UTC for the duration of the Christmas Special. To take part in the Christmas Special raffle, all tasks must be completed by 23:59 UTC on December 30, 2023. 

The Christmas Special raffle is scheduled for January 2, 2024, and will leverage an automated process to randomly select Participants for various announced prizes. All Participants will have an equal opportunity for selection, with the likelihood contingent on the total number of Participants who complete all the tasks of the Christmas Special.

Prize Fund

The total prize fund for the Christmas Special amounts to 5000 Ton Coins and 100 one-year subscriptions to Telegram Premium sponsored by Wallet. Participants will be eligible for the following prizes based on their performance and luck:

Each Participant who successfully completes four tasks within the stipulated period will be granted an exclusive Egg NFT as a prize for participating in the Christmas Special.

All Participants will have the chance to win from the total fund in the following manner:

• 5 random Participants may receive 200 Ton Coin each;
• 10 random Participants may receive 100 Ton Coin each;
• 25 random Participants may receive 50 Ton Coin each;
• 50 random Participants may receive 15 Ton Coin each;
• 100 random Participants may receive 10 Ton Coin each;
• 100 random Participants may receive: one-year subscription to Telegram Premium.

All prizes will be distributed within 48 hours after the Christmas Special raffle. The non-receipt and/or activation of the prize shall not be considered a failure of the Wallet to fulfill the prize distribution as outlined in these Terms.

Miscellaneous

 The Wallet reserves the right to prevent any person from participating, as well as to seek damages from that person, if they violate the Terms, the User Agreement, or any other applicable policies, attempt to cheat, or engage in any fraudulent behavior. Selected participants’ rights may not be sold or transferred. Failure by Wallet to enforce any provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The Wallet also reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Christmas Special at any time without prior notice. Any decision made by the Wallet regarding the Christmas Special will be final and binding.

In no event shall the Wallet, including their respective affiliates, partners, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) the participant's access to or use of, or inability to access or use the Christmas Special; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on or related to the Christmas Special; (iii) any content obtained from the Christmas Special; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of the participant's transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal basis.
