1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Stock AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stock AI ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

Stock AI is a mobile application that provides:

• Trading insights and pattern recognition
• AI-powered chart analysis for stocks, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments
• AI chat assistant with real-time market information
• Chart import functionality from TradingView

3. Eligibility

• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Are not prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

4. Important Disclaimer - Not Financial Advice

• THE APP AND ALL CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
• Stock AI does NOT provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice
• Analysis, insights, and recommendations generated by the App are AI-generated and should NOT be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision
• Past performance of any asset does not guarantee future results
• Trading stocks, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss
• You could lose some or all of your invested capital
• You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions
• We are not registered as a securities broker-dealer, investment advisor, or in any similar capacity

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU USE THE APP AND ACT ON ANY INFORMATION AT YOUR OWN RISK.

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

Stock AI offers subscription plans (weekly and annual) that unlock premium features. Subscription details and pricing are displayed within the App.

5.2 Billing

• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings

5.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. We do not directly process refunds.5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect for subsequent subscription periods, not current active subscriptions.6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information when required
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App to transmit malware or harmful code
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Not use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or its content

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

The App, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Stock AI and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of chart images you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing analysis services.

7.3 Restrictions

• You may not:Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis or information
• We are not liable for any investment losses or damages resulting from your use of the App
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may stop using the App at any time and cancel your subscription through the App Store.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stock AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:Good faith negotiations
2. Binding arbitration, if negotiations fail

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against us.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stock AI regarding your use of the App.
