The Summer Raffle in Wallet (hereinafter the “Raffle”) is available to users who meet the criteria described in the Raffle rules. 

By taking part in the Raffle, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional rules and regulations that Wallet may impose in the future. 

In order to participate in the Raffle, users must complete one or more of the tasks described below. For successfully completing tasks, tickets will be awarded, which will automatically be entered into daily raffles and an additional super raffle. 

Tickets for participation in the Raffle are awarded upon completing any of the following actions:

1. “Purchasing” USDT or TON using a bank card: Participants will receive five (5) tickets for every 10 USDT, 5 TON or 0,00033 BTC purchased in Wallet with a bank card in a single transaction. Tickets for “Purchasing” will be credited for every 10 USDT, 5 TON or 0,00033 BTC without rounding.
   For example, if there is a “Purchasing” worth 50 USDT, 55 USDT or 58 USDT, the participant will receive 25 tickets in each case. In the case of a 60 USDT “Purchasing”, the participant will receive 30 tickets. For subsequent purchases, the same rule still applies.
2. "P2P Purchase": Participants will receive four (4) tickets for every 10 USDT, 5 TON or 0,00033 BTC purchased through the P2P Market. P2P rewards are available even if purchased through the same seller.
   Tickets for a "P2P Purchase" will be credited for every 10 USDT, 5 TON or 0,00033 BTC without rounding. For example, if there is a “P2P Purchase” worth 50 USDT, 55 USDT or 58 USDT, the participant will receive 20 tickets in each case. In the case of a 60 USDT “P2P Purchase”, the participant will receive 24 tickets. Tickets will be granted only in response to the seller's ad.
3. "Deposit": Participants will receive three (3) tickets for every 10 USDT, 5 TON or 0,00033 BTC credited to their Wallet account in a single transaction. A “Deposit” can be made from a third party wallet/service/exchange. Any “Deposit” made directly from another Wallet account will automatically count as a “Transfer”.
   Tickets for "Deposit" will be credited for every 10 USDT, 5 TON or 0,00033 BTC without rounding. For example, in the case of a "Deposit" worth 50 USDT, 55 USDT or 58 USDT, the participant will receive 15 tickets in each case. In the case of a 60 USDT "Deposit", the participant will receive 18 tickets.
4. “Transfer”: Participants will receive two (2) tickets for "Transfer" minimum amount of 1 USDT or 1 TON transferred to another unique Wallet user on Telegram Messenger. In the case of repeated “Transfers” to the same contact, tickets will not be credited.
   The Sender and Recipient will each receive two (2) tickets. If the Recipient is not currently a Wallet user, they must confirm the transaction in order to receive the tickets. If the transaction is not confirmed, the Recipient and Sender will not receive any tickets. If the Recipient confirms the transaction in the event of a second attempted transfer, tickets will be credited to both parties involved.
5. "Exchange" of cryptocurrency: Participants will receive one (1) ticket for every 10 USDT, 5 TON, or 0.00033 BTC exchanged for another cryptocurrency in Wallet. Tickets for "Exchange" will be awarded for every 10 USDT, 5 TON, or 0.00033 BTC exchanged without rounding. For example, when exchanging 50 USDT, 55 USDT, or 58 USDT, the participant will receive 5 tickets. When exchanging 60 USDT, the participant will receive 6 tickets. 

Participants have the opportunity to perform actions 1 to 5 an unlimited number of times in order to receive additional tickets in the Raffle.

Over the course of 14 days, participants can acquire a maximum of 1400 tickets for the Raffle. Each day during the Raffle, there will be an opportunity to collect 100 tickets, but the ability to acquire tickets from previous days will not expire. Consequently, it is possible to obtain all 1400 tickets by participating daily and receiving 100 tickets per day or acquire the entire 1400 tickets on the last day of the Raffle.

All tickets obtained throughout the Raffle will be eligible to participate in all stages. Tickets obtained on any day of the Raffle will be eligible for all stages of the Raffle.

The prize pool of the Raffle amounts to $20,000 in TON. Every day, for a period of 13 days, the Wallet team will be raffling prizes ranging from $500 in TON to $2,000 in TON. On the 14th day, the Wallet team will award a prize of $5,000 equivalent in TON.

Day 1: $500 equivalent in TON among 10 winning tickets

Day 2: $600 equivalent in TON among 10 winning tickets

Day 3: $700 equivalent in TON among 10 winning tickets

Day 4: $800 equivalent in TON among 10 winning tickets

Day 5: $900 equivalent in TON among 10 winning tickets

Day 6: $1,000 equivalent in TON among 10 winning tickets

Day 7: $1,100 equivalent in TON among 10 winning tickets

Day 8: $1,200 equivalent in TON among 10 winning tickets

Day 9: $1,400 equivalent in TON among 10 winning tickets

Day 10: $1,500 equivalent in TON among 10 winning tickets

Day 11: $1,600 equivalent in TON among 10 winning tickets

Day 12: $1,700 equivalent in TON among 10 winning tickets

Day 13: $2,000 equivalent in TON among 10 winning tickets

Day 14: $5,000 equivalent in TON among 5 winning tickets

The Raffle consists of two stages:

1. Daily Raffles: Over a period of thirteen days, the Wallet team will employ a random number generator to conduct daily drawings for 10 winning tickets. The daily prize pool will be ranging from $500 in TON to $2,000 in TON (check Prize Grid). The total prize pool for the thirteen days of daily raffles will be equal to $15,000 in TON.
2. Super Raffle: On the final day of the Raffle, the Wallet team will utilize a random number generator to conduct a drawing for 5 tickets. These tickets will share in a collective prize pool of $5,000 in TON, with the holder of each winning ticket being rewarded with $1,000 in TON.

Overall, a total of 135 winning tickets will be drawn throughout the Raffle, consisting of:

• 130 tickets with a prize value ranging from $500 in TON to $2,000 in TON (check Prize Grid).
• 5 tickets with a prize value of $5,000 in TON.

The Raffle will be conducted on dates determined by Wallet. Wallet reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the Raffle, modify the prize pool, and adjust the required number of tickets for participation at its discretion. The precise dates of the Raffle will be announced on the official Wallet Telegram channel: https://t.me/wallet_news_en.

Winners will be randomly selected from all tickets on the specified days outlined in the Raffle description. The winning ticket numbers will be announced on the official Wallet Telegram channel: https://t.me/wallet_news_en.

Wallet will announce the list of winning tickets on the official Telegram channel between 12:00 PM UTC and 01:00 PM UTC.

Rewards for the winning tickets will be credited to the winners within 48 hours of the winning tickets announcement. Actual payouts will be made in TON cryptocurrency at the exchange rate at the time of the publication of the winning ticket numbers. The exchange rate for TON will be sourced from this service: https://coinmarketcap.com/.

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or the Wallet User Agreement. In the event of fraud detection, the participant will be excluded from the Raffle.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the Raffle at any time, for any reason, without any liability towards any participant or third party.

By participating in the Raffle, you agree to release and hold the Company, its affiliates, and their respective employees, directors, officers, and agents harmless from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of the Raffle or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

The Raffle is void where prohibited by law.

The Raffle is void in countries where Wallet does not offer its services.

To participate in the Raffle, users must also comply with all terms of the Wallet User Agreement.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Raffle and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

The wording used in these Terms and Conditions is for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.

Tickets are solely generated symbols assigned to users by Wallet without granting them any rights, authority, obligations, or warranties. Tickets sent by Wallet and received by users as part of the current promotional activity cannot be considered as currency, tokens, financial and/or derivative instruments (including, but not limited to, dividends, interests, and/or any other investment income, promissory notes, etc.). Tickets cannot be used in any manner other than as described in the rules of the current promotional activity.
