1. Main Terms & Condition

2. You must register through google form to be considered a valid participant of the event. Otherwise, your participation will be void.
3. Join (OKX TG English, TG Wallet & Spotify) - Submit proof in Google Form

If you're unable to access spotify, take a screenshot of any spotify podcast announcement and submit proof. 

1. Invite new users to OKX Official Discord to become a member. - Use : /invites in OKX Official Discord General chat to generate your invite link.

4. Engage in Discord General Chat daily with #Lets Learn, Hunt & Earn (level up XP)
5. You can only use your primary account to participate. Sub-accounts can not participate in 
6. You must complete an identity verification/verified account on OKX to be eligible to win rewards.
7. Participants must have a net deposit min or greater than 10 USDT until the end of the campaign.
8. All participants must get a #🔑┃get-okx-verified-role on our OKX Discord Official group.
9. All participants must remain in OKX Discord Global & OKX English Telegram. If you leave the group at any point in time during or after the campaign period, participation will be disqualified automatically.
10. Rewards will be issued within 30 days of the end of the campaign. The platform has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards for any reason it deems necessary in its discretion, such as large-scale risk control checks and other issues.
11. Every winner is one unique individual account. You can not win the reward twice in this event/campaign.
12. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
13. Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
14. Each user can only participate in one campaign at any one time. If a user participates in multiple campaigns, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.
15. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
16. Users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 3 of OKX's risk and compliance disclosure.
17. During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are found, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.
18. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.
19. This activity is not (i) investment advice or an investment recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation, buy or sell digital assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the campaign at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating this campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the campaign, and adjusting the campaign and reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms. Where practicable, OKX will endeavour to provide notice of material changes before they take effect. Where OKX exercises any discretion under these terms, it shall do so in a reasonable manner.

Rapid Fire T&C

1. You can only participate in this event once and register via this Google Form
2. Users must complete KYC identity verification to participate and claim the rewards in this campaign.
3. All participants must stay in OKX Discord Official group . If you leave the group at any point in time after the campaign period, participation will be disqualified automatically.

5. Users who score 100 points in both session of Rapid Fire session and successfully complete all other tasks will be eligible for rewards under the OKX Learn, Hunt & Earn campaign, provided all terms and conditions are fulfilled.

17. The value of digital assets, including but not limited to stablecoins, can and do fluctuate greatly from time to time. The value of any reward under this campaign at the time a participant qualifies for such reward may not be equal to the value of such reward at the time of distribution to the participant. Due to such fluctuations, users may experience a significant increase or decrease in the value of their assets at any given moment.

OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the campaign at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating this campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the campaign, and adjusting the campaign and reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms.
