Terms & Conditions 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Nereus Points Campaign (“Campaign”) and eligibility to receive up to $3,000 in staked NRS (veNRS) tokens. By participating, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Overview of the Campaign

The Nereus Points Campaign allows eligible participants to earn rewards in staked NRS (veNRS) tokens by completing quests and staking NRS tokens.

• Campaign End Date: July 31, 2025 @ 23:59 UTC
• Reward Calculation Period: August 1 – August 14, 2025
• Reward Claim Period: August 15 – October 31, 2025
• Maximum Individual Reward: $3,000 (USD equivalent) in staked NRS (veNRS) tokens

2. How to Participate

To qualify for and claim rewards, participants must complete the following steps:

Step 1: Earn Nereus Points

• Connect your wallet at https://points.nereus.finance
• Complete available quests to earn Nereus Points
• All quests must be completed by July 31, 2025

Conversion Rate:

1,000 Nereus Points = $1 in staked NRS (veNRS) rewards. The final reward amount you can claim will depend on how much NRS you’ve staked (see next steps).

Step 2: Stake NRS Tokens

• Stake at least $5 worth of NRS at https://trade.nereus.finance/stake
• Deadline: August 1, 2025 @ 00:00 UTC

• To claim your full reward, make sure to calculate and stake enough NRS before 1st of August. If you stake too little or miss the deadline, you won’t be able to claim the full amount, even if you stake more later.

Step 3: Maintain Staked Position

• Keep NRS staked from August 1 – August 14, 2025
• Tokens requested for withdrawal during this period do not qualify as staked

Step 4: Claim Rewards in staked NRS (veNRS)

• Claim manually via a dedicated page between August 15 – October 31, 2025
• Rewards will appear as staked NRS (veNRS) in the staking module
• Unclaimed rewards after October 31, 2025 will be permanently forfeited

Step 5: Use staked NRS (veNRS) Rewards

Once claimed, staked NRS (veNRS) tokens can be used to:

• Earn passive APY in NRS
• Participate in governance via Nereus DAO
• Withdraw NRS tokens:

- Submit a withdrawal request in the staking module.

- Wait the 30-day withdrawal delay.

- After 30 days, withdraw and receive NRS tokens to use freely (e.g., sell on eligible exchanges - MEXC, BitMart or DEXs - Curve pool).

3. Reward Calculation Logic

Your total reward is determined by:

1. Nereus Points Earned: 1,000 points = $1 worth of rewards
2. Staked NRS Amount (Claim Cap): You may only claim up to 5x the value of your staked NRS

4. About veNRS Tokens

• veNRS represents staked NRS in the Nereus staking module
• The number of veNRS issued may differ from the NRS reward number, but will correspond to same USD value of the NRS reward
• APY accrues once veNRS becomes claimable
• Upon withdrawal (after 30-day withdrawal delay), users receive equivalent NRS plus any APY earned

5. COCA Wallet Holders – Early Adopter Bonus

Eligibility Criteria

• Complete at least one transaction using a COCA Card between July 1 – July 31, 2025

Bonus Reward

• All users who complete at least one transaction with their COCA card between July 1 and July 31, 2025 will receive a $1 bonus in NRS tokens, which will be dropped directly into their COCA wallet.

Additional Earning Opportunity

• COCA users may participate in the full campaign to earn an additional $3,000 in NRS.

6. Whale WXW Holder Bonus

Eligibility Criteria

• Reach Whale Level 6–10 in the Whale app by July 31, 2025

7. Anti-Bot & Fair Participation Measures

• Nereus reserves the right to exclude Sybils, bots, or fraudulent participants
• All filtering is designed to include genuine users
• Enhanced anti-abuse logic is in place to ensure fairness

8. Important Deadlines

• Campaign Ends: July 31, 2025 @ 23:59 UTC
• Reward Calculation: August 1 – August 14, 2025
• Claim Period Begins: August 15, 2025 @ 00:00 UTC
• Claim Deadline: October 31, 2025 @ 23:59 UTC

Rewards not claimed by the deadline will be permanently forfeited.

9. Disclaimer

• Nereus Finance may cancel or modify the campaign at any time
• Participation does not guarantee a reward
• Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all deadlines and eligibility criteria
