Term Of Use

Term Of Use

LML

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, websites, and related services.

These Terms may apply to multiple applications published or operated by us. Specific features, functionality, payment options, and service availability may vary by application, device, region, or platform.

By downloading, accessing, or using our applications or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the applicable application or service.

1. Eligibility

You may use our applications only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use the services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required.

Some applications or features may have additional age requirements.

2. License to Use the Applications

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the applicable application on devices that you own or control, solely for personal and lawful purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the application, software, content, or related intellectual property to you.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the application except where expressly permitted by law
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law
  • Circumvent technical limitations or security measures
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Use the application to create or operate a competing service through unauthorized extraction or replication
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the application or related services
  • Access the service through unauthorized automated methods

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our applications only for lawful purposes.

You must not use an application or service to create, submit, upload, process, distribute, or facilitate content or activity that:

  • Violates applicable law
  • Infringes intellectual property or other rights
  • Is fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonates another person or organization
  • Contains unlawful threats, harassment, hate, or discrimination
  • Promotes or facilitates self-harm
  • Contains illegal sexual content or exploitation
  • Contains unlawful or highly graphic violence
  • Facilitates illegal activity
  • Contains malicious software or harmful code
  • Attempts to interfere with another user's device, account, or information
  • Circumvents safeguards, moderation systems, or usage restrictions

We may restrict or disable access to features where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or maintain the integrity and security of our services.

4. User Content

Some applications may allow you to enter, import, upload, create, edit, or generate content.

You retain your rights in content that you own.

By submitting content for processing, you represent that:

  • You have the necessary rights to use that content
  • Your use of the content does not violate applicable law
  • Your use does not infringe the rights of another person or organization

Where content is sent to a service provider solely to perform a feature you request, you grant us and the relevant service providers only the rights reasonably necessary to process that content for the requested purpose, subject to applicable privacy practices.

You are responsible for reviewing content before sharing, publishing, relying on, or otherwise using it.

5. Generated Content

Some applications may provide generated, automated, or AI-assisted content.

Generated content may include text, summaries, stories, suggestions, images, audio, structured information, or other results depending on the application.

Generated results may be:

  • Inaccurate
  • Incomplete
  • Unexpected
  • Similar to content generated for other users
  • Unsuitable for certain professional or high-risk uses

You are responsible for reviewing generated results before relying on or distributing them.

Generated content should not be treated as professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or other regulated advice unless the applicable service clearly states otherwise.

We do not guarantee that generated content will be unique, error-free, factual, or suitable for every purpose.

6. Artificial Intelligence Features

Some applications may use third-party artificial intelligence services.

When you choose to use an AI-powered feature, information necessary to perform the requested feature may be transmitted to an AI service provider.

Where an application presents an AI processing consent screen, the applicable data will not be sent for AI processing until you choose to proceed.

AI features may be subject to:

  • Network availability
  • Provider availability
  • Rate limits
  • Technical restrictions
  • Content safety systems
  • Regional availability
  • Temporary service interruptions

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue AI-powered features when necessary for technical, legal, safety, or operational reasons.

You must not attempt to bypass safety restrictions or use AI features to generate prohibited or unlawful content.

7. Content Safety

Some applications may apply filtering, moderation, validation, or content restrictions.

We may prevent, reject, modify, or decline to process requests that violate:

  • Applicable law
  • Platform requirements
  • These Terms
  • Our safety standards
  • Third-party provider requirements

The availability of a feature does not mean every type of request or content is supported.

We do not guarantee that automated safety systems will detect every inappropriate request or result.

8. No Public Posting Unless Specifically Provided

Content created or stored within an application is not automatically made public unless that application specifically includes a publishing, sharing, or community feature.

If an application provides public posting or sharing functionality, additional rules may apply.

You are responsible for content you choose to publish or share with others.

9. Accounts

Some applications may be used without an account.

Other applications may require or optionally provide account functionality.

Where an account is available, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • Securing your device and account
  • Activity that occurs through your account

You must notify us if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms.

10. Purchases and Subscriptions

Some applications may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

Purchases made through an app marketplace are generally processed by the applicable platform provider, such as Apple App Store or Google Play.

Pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, and purchase conditions will be displayed through the applicable application or marketplace before purchase.

Where subscriptions are offered:

  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled
  • Renewal and cancellation are managed through the applicable marketplace account
  • Charges are processed according to the marketplace terms
  • Availability and pricing may vary by region

You are responsible for managing your subscription through the applicable platform.

11. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Where available, trials or promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions.

Eligibility may be limited.

If a trial automatically converts to a paid subscription, the applicable price and renewal terms will be shown before the user confirms the subscription through the platform.

We may modify or discontinue promotional offers as permitted by law and platform rules.

12. Refunds

Payments made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another marketplace are generally subject to that marketplace's refund policies.

We do not independently control marketplace refund decisions.

Users should submit refund requests through the applicable marketplace where required.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund rights available under applicable consumer law.

13. Third-Party Services

Our applications may rely on third-party services for functions such as:

  • Artificial intelligence
  • Cloud processing
  • Analytics
  • Advertising
  • Authentication
  • Payments
  • Content delivery
  • Crash reporting
  • Remote configuration
  • File processing

Your use of third-party functionality may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

We are not responsible for services controlled by third parties, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Applications may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of external services.

Accessing third-party services is at your own discretion.

15. Advertising

Some applications may contain advertising.

Advertising content is provided by third-party providers or networks where applicable.

The presence of an advertisement does not mean that we endorse the advertised product, service, or claim.

Where applicable, advertising and tracking permissions will be handled according to platform requirements and applicable law.

16. Intellectual Property

The applications, software, interface, graphics, designs, logos, code, documentation, and other materials provided by us are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license granted under these Terms, all rights are reserved.

You may not use our branding, visual assets, or proprietary materials without permission except as permitted by law.

Third-party names, marks, or content remain the property of their respective owners.

17. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback regarding our applications, you grant us permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that doing so does not require us to disclose your confidential information.

You are not required to provide feedback.

18. Service Availability

We work to keep our applications and services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Features may be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Internet connectivity
  • Provider outages
  • Device incompatibility
  • Operating system changes
  • Regional restrictions
  • Security concerns
  • Legal requirements
  • Marketplace requirements

We may update, modify, remove, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

19. Updates

Applications may receive updates that:

  • Add or remove features
  • Fix bugs
  • Improve security
  • Change compatibility
  • Modify user interfaces
  • Update service integrations

Some updates may be required for continued use of certain features.

Your app marketplace or device settings may automatically install updates depending on your configuration.

20. Local Data and Backups

Some applications store information only on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of information that is important to you unless the applicable application expressly provides a backup service.

Deleting an application, resetting a device, or clearing application data may permanently remove locally stored information.

We are not responsible for loss of local data caused by device failure, deletion, operating system changes, or actions outside our reasonable control, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

21. Security

You must not attempt to:

  • Access restricted systems or information
  • Probe or test vulnerabilities without authorization
  • Interfere with servers or network infrastructure
  • Circumvent access controls
  • Extract private credentials or service keys
  • Abuse rate limits
  • Automate unauthorized requests

We may implement technical protections to prevent abuse and protect service availability.

22. Termination

You may stop using an application at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to a service where reasonably necessary because of:

  • A violation of these Terms
  • Fraud or abuse
  • Security threats
  • Legal requirements
  • Platform requirements
  • Discontinuation of the service

Where practical and appropriate, we may provide notice.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

23. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our applications and services are provided on an:

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Services will always be available
  • Every feature will operate without error
  • Generated content will be accurate
  • Services will meet every user's individual expectations
  • Third-party services will remain available
  • All defects will be corrected immediately

Nothing in this section excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the applications or services.

This may include loss of data, loss of business opportunity, loss of profits, or reliance on generated or processed content.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so some provisions may not apply to you.

25. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful use of the services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Content you submit or distribute without the necessary rights
  • Your infringement of another person's rights

This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

26. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

If the laws of your country provide additional mandatory rights, those rights continue to apply.

27. Apple App Store Terms

If you download or use an application through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply.

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for the application or its content.

Your license to use the application is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and applicable Family Sharing or similar features.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the application.

To the extent any warranty applies and the application fails to conform to that warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, as provided by applicable law and Apple's policies.

Apple is not responsible for investigating or resolving claims relating to:

  • Product liability
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Consumer protection
  • Intellectual property infringement
  • Other claims regarding possession or use of the application

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to applications distributed through the Apple App Store and may enforce applicable provisions against you.

28. Google Play Terms

If you download an application through Google Play, your use is also subject to applicable Google Play terms and policies.

Google is not responsible for providing support for our applications unless required by applicable law or platform policy.

29. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating the relevant application, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Users may retain any mandatory rights to bring claims in the courts or forums available under local consumer law.

30. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights available under applicable consumer protection laws or filing a complaint with a competent regulator or authority.

31. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes may be made to reflect:

  • New features
  • Changes in law
  • Changes to service providers
  • Security requirements
  • Operational changes
  • Marketplace requirements

The "Last Updated" date will indicate the latest revision.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of the services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

32. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.

33. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for a specific feature or service, constitute the agreement governing your use of our applications and services.
