Teresa Giudice worked hard for her body, so why not show it off?

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star is currently in Boca Raton, Florida, filming the upcoming season with her costars — and enjoying plenty of relaxing beach time.

“Loving the sun,” Giudice, 44, captioned a picture of herself on Instagram Wednesday, wearing a teal two-piece bathing suit complete with a built-in body chain.

“#yoga #vitamind #namaste,” added the reality star, who regularly practices yoga .

And Giudice isn’t the only one showing off her toned body: Costar Melissa Gorga , who celebrated her 38th birthday on Tuesday, has also been sharing plenty of bikini shots.

Following her release in December 2015 , Giudice exclusively opened up to PEOPLE about how she dropped to a size 2 during her 11-month stint in prison for fraud charges .

“I tried to stay busy. I would work out three times a day,” said the Bravo star, who also modified her diet significantly . “That was my thing.”

Her day started out with daily yoga sessions (the prison held two classes each morning in the TV room), then different workouts depending on the season.

“In the wintertime I would go to the gym, and in the spring and summer I was constantly on the track walking or running,” said Giudice, who ran on Danbury Federal Correctional Institution’s outdoor track.

In the gym, she would lift weights and use Jillian Michaels or Bob Harper workout videos. The prison also offers exercise classes, and Giudice participated in competitions against other fitness classes.

“I did the longest plank, and it was 9 minutes and 19 seconds,” she revealed. “I was proud of myself for that!”

The Competition was held in Medford , New Jersey has welcomed bodybuilders from all over the area.
Teresa flaunted her tight tummy and toned arms in front of judges of NPC South Jersey bodybuilding Contest.
The 46 years old, star went on the stage in the competition wearing a glittery purple bikini that accentuate all of her training of last several months. Teresa complete her ensemble with Lucite earrings and Chandelier heels.
So, it was all because of her hard work and full dedication for achieving such an incredible physique.
Teresa has been training in bodybuilding since December for at least five or six times per week and also because of drastically changed in her diet.
To prepare well for the competition, Teresa has sharpen her ripped abs , muscular legs and toned arms.
The reality star used to work out with an experienced trainers that really helped her to do it in a responsible ways and she had really enjoyed in pushing herself more discipline and focus.
Teresa would like to do it again in future, but for now, she has no plans to do so.
The insider said that, “She always desired to challenge herself physically and she is extremely happy that she managed to do it by securing 3 rd position in the competition out of 8.”
Teresa Giudice went from housewife to bodybuilder
Fitness has always been an important part of her life since exiting from the prison since 2015 after spending almost 15 months behinds bars for wire, mail and bankruptcy fraud.
In 2016, she has worked as a yoga instructor and from her life get changed, from housewife to prisoner and back again to fitness. That is the reason yoga has also played a crucial part in her bodybuilding physique.
Revealed by her fitness based Instagram stories, the famous star of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” found spending lots of time in the gym. But no one ever expected that this would be for her new career.
The cookbook author was actually shaping her body to compete I bodybuilding championship.
As a matter of fact, no one couldn’t stop themselves gazing at her. Everyone just kept ogling her stunning photos where she was onstage at the competition.
Now then we have tons of photos of her to make use of it as iron-pumping inspiration. Before few days, she put on her purple bikini and flaunted her stuff in the show but Teresa did a photo shoot that could not fit easily on full performance.
But not to deny, Teresa looked absolutely stunning and certainly dazzled from sparkling purple bikini to an electrifying yellow bra top. But actually what to focus about was her ripped and toned arms and abs.
Teresa revealed that she was stuck on clean diet. This 46 years old reality diva gave an overview on her bodybuilding diet which she followed when in prison. She mostly preferred healthy choices such as oatmeal and chicken salad on most days.
In the morning, she used to have either oatmeals or bran cereals where on Fridays, there were French toast and pancakes for all the prisons.
However, there were more variety as far as lunch and dinner was concerned. ‘Hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, chicken salad, chicken fajitas, tacos, tofu, stir-fried vegetables and truly unforgettable rice and beans.’
In her initial days in prison, she tried ‘everything’ what was offered but soon she started to stay away from the meat.
Next, she began to drop carbs. This was partially because some kitchen staffs told they found maggots in the rice. She said, she started to cut out carbs which did work out anyway.
Workout became a pass time in jail for Teresa Giudice that ultimately helped her in getting in best shape of her life.
She in an exclusive interview on Friday told, she tried to stay busy so she worked out thrice a day. It was her only thing.
She added that the prison held two yoga classes each morning in the TV room then conduct various workouts depending on the season. It was daily yoga sessions that her day started out with.
Meanwhile, during winters she used to go gym and in the spring and summer, she preferred to be constantly on the track either by walking or running.
Joe Giudice was only allowed to come every other weekend. Teresa’s daughters were always there when Joe went to see her.
Prior to prison, she wasn’t a yoga fan but now yoga has changed her life, she said. Yoga really helped her through this whole ordeal and now that she can’t live without it.
She has been many times spotted out taking classes with her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga and now planning to become a Yoga Teacher.
Teresa boasted Yoga that it helped her changing her body, she was bigger but now much leaner and more toned. She lost almost 8 pounds. It’s mostly muscles and now size 2.
Teresa Giudice said this was her only workout which led her career towards bodybuilding more efficiently . She is very happy with her body and so does her husband.
The standby for the completion was Teresa’s brother Joe Gorga , who has helped by cheering his sister on her admirable finish.
Although, Teresa has kept her fans appraised regarding workout regimes after leaving prison with a noticeably shaped body two years ago. But, she kept quiet regarding her entry into bodybuilding completion.
However, Giudice’s trainer Tara Zito had said a few words about the performance of Giudice on Saturday.
She wrote along with a picture of herself and Giudice at backstage,

In addition to working for building her muscles at gym, Giudice has explained women’s health in 2016, that yoga her a lot to get through it all during 11 month prison stay. She added that she has also planned to become an instructor.
She often documents her workouts for building muscles at the gym on social platform that can be seen on her Instagram.
Teresa loved it so much that eventually she wants to get certified in it but she wants some time as because she has four daughters and her husband, Joe Giudice , who is serving a 41 months sentence for the same crimes for wire, mail and bankruptcy fraud.
New Jersey resident told people she is getting better along with her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga. Teresa said that she and Melissa had just realized what’s more important in the life. Family is the most important thing in the life and they will not let anything get in the way.
Melissa said few words about Teresa. She told, it’s beautiful thing, we’re family and so it’s nice to see her home where she actually belongs to.
‘Of course, we don’t have shore house any longer but we did have our home. Thank god for that!’, said Melissa.
Teresa don’t feel to go shopping because according to her, it’s been 11 and a half months, so all her clothes are new again for her. So basically she prefer to be on a retail diet . Whenever she needs something, she simply go in her closet.
Further, she added she is eagerly looking forward to Valentine’s day with her only man where she would love to have a Jacuzzi bath with him and stay at home.
Joe missed her really bad, in fact, during her stay in jail he drank heavily to deal with the pain. The whole year he continued to drink a couple of bottles of wine at night, every day, just to go on bed.
‘He drinks a lot but he’s not aggressive or abusive or anything, thank god. But he drinks every day and it’s not good for his liver,’ she addresses it in an interview.
Joe liked my body but he’s an ass man and she had just lost her ass. Her husband said, she gotta do squats on which she offered to get them implanted. But Joe said he wouldn’t touch them.
However, Teresa has completed her 11 months of prison and was released on Dec. 23, 2015.
When the reality star first got to the home after prison she gotta see handwritten signs taped on the front door of her residence. The mother of four was greeted by Joe and their daughters. She filled with emotions and so covered her face with her hands.
Instead of facing so many ups and downs in her life, Teresa Giudice has managed to do it, what she has always dreamed off. She has gained incredible physique for NPC South Jersey bodybuilding competition.
