The Castanic are originally a clan who fled the bloodthirsty Devan Empire, and their dark goddess, Zuras. Castanics wandered the continent of Shara until the demon-god Lok took them under his patronage, as Castanics were skilled artisans, and to annoy Zuras. They founded a free city called Deva Victrix.
I was planning to make a human warrior but I keep seeing elin and castanic popping up. Is race that big of a difference in terms of dps?

Warrior animation wise How is castanic female compared to ELIN? Does Elin have longer reach on all skills and crispier/faster animations?

Seriously, im playing castanic female warrior and my cascade of stuns (and backstab) misses like 30% of the time on elins and other castanics apparently its called desync and it happens with certain races, so im thinking "whats the most optimal race + class combo?" (dont give me that just pick whatever class looks the best bullshit)

Idle animations based on castanic and highelf female idle of TERA online. I am not an expert so i tried to make only the base pose similar.
Elin has best range on Combative Strike which should always be one of your main rotation skills on Warrior. I myself am a High Elf cause I like how they look with the Twin Swords but Castanic and Humans are better options for "effectiveness".

Male castanic warrior = acrobatic; fits the look of the race nicely. Female amani berserker = femani master race. Reaper = well, there's only one set of animations for these so they're the best by default. My lowbie characters include an elin archer, male high elf slayer, human lancer, and baraka sorcerer. Barakas are always awesome.

I enjoy how the Elin hops around for Warrior, especially during the standard attack sequence. However the Male Castanic is a good choice too (and has a race bonus that benefits warrior).
Picking a race for slayer is just a matter of how much effort you want to put into learning how to hit heart thrust. Elin has some advantages over castanic female as well that I won't go into, but the main one being fury strike is harder to hit, but consistant, and has much more range and utility than castanic female fury.
