Q: Am I dulling when I use E-Stim too often?

A: You do not blunt. Over time, however, you develop resistance to the current stimuli, which is why the whole thing after using E-Stim too often within a short period of time does not feel as cool as it did in the beginning. E-Stim is the abbreviation for electrostimulation (also known as „electrosex“) and describes a sexual practice that uses DC or low-frequency alternating currents for sexual stimulation. These are usually used for E-Stim developed devices – but it is also suitable TENS devices for E-Stim .. These are much cheaper than commercially available E-Stim devices. Most E-Stim devices have a lower functionality than most TENS devices. Therefore, I recommend that anyone who wants to try E-Stim try to buy a good TENS device instead of an animal overpriced E-Stim device ( = less features than conventional TENS devices! ). A very good entry-level device for E-Stim, in my experience, is the EMT-4 from Promed.
The EMT-4 from Promed has 2 channels where we can connect 2×2 electrodes each. Of course, this gives us a lot of leeway for E-Stim! Above all, the EMT-4 from Promed is also so well suited for E-Stim , because it allows us to configure 2 custom programs. This means nothing more than that we can adjust the settings for intensity, Hz, uS and also the running time of the program. This allows us to adapt the program to our preferences without hoping that the pre-configured programs of the manufacturer will suffice. For many E-Stim devices, there are unfortunately only predefined programs that leave us no room for their own configurations – so TENS devices (especially the EMT-4 from Promed ) have a clear advantage in that they offer us more setting options – and of course more Variety in the masturbation with E-Stim. For E-Stim, we not only need a TENS / E-Stim device, but also appropriate adapters & electrodes. Which accessories do we need exactly? Well – that depends of course on the gender and preferences we have. Men usually prefer to use electrode loops to attach to their penis, whereas women prefer vaginal / anal probes or nipple clamps that can clamp them to their breasts. Below I introduce some of these electrodes for men (!) In my opinion, according to my opinion, are very suitable for E-Stim. After that, I then also present you electrodes that are less suitable for E-Stim because there are either malfunctioning or have other defects.
Number 1 is of course very clear – the penis loop made of fabric with built-in electrodes. This is characterized by the fact that they are very easy to clean and you can use them for a long time and often without having to constantly replace them. The advantage over adhesive pads here is clearly the reusability over a long time. Another positive effect is of course -> you do not need any contact gel to use this electrode loop and can use the penis loop dry.
My number 2 are clearly the normal pads which one also uses for common TENS devices. However adhesive pads are round and very small. The fact that these adhesive pads are very small, they have a smaller area on which then can act the current stimulus – this provides for a more intense feeling during the E-Stims is more pronounced than with larger adhesive pads . The smaller the adhesive pads , the better.
Now we come to 2 electrodes that have failed my test & I can not recommend. Let’s start with the following electrodes ..
Such electrodes are NOT suitable for E-Stim in my experience. Although these electrodes are very easy to clean, they offer only negative effects. A negative effect is, for example, that these electrodes can hurt a lot because at the closure where the size of the electrode loop the current flows differently than at the rest of the loop .. this is at the point of the closure often feel a pain that arises, that the loop can not rest 100% on the penis. In addition, the entire loop is current-conductive, which means the effect of the e-stim is on a very large part of the penis – this does not feel very great in my experience – it’s even counterproductive.
Another penis loop I can not recommend is the following ..
What bothers me about these electrodes ? Well – to adjust them in size, you have to cut the rubber & put it back on the metal connectors. This means that it is not 100% possible to adjust the size of the loop properly as soon as the penis is more (or less) excited, the tension on the penile loop changes. If your penis becomes stronger, the penis loop is stronger, if your penis is less aroused, the contact is not really 100% and you feel pain. In other words – this penis loop is not suitable because the size can not be set more than once. If you accidentally cut too much of the rubber, that’s it and you have to buy a new penis loop . If you cut off too little, the penis loop is too big and you feel pain .. or in other words – this penile electrode is not recommended. Especially not because it has the same defects as the previous loop (feel pain).
In addition to these electrodes, we now need an adapter to 2mm cable with electrodes that have a snap closure to connect to the EMT-4 TENS device.
For example, we need this adapter to connect the penis loop electrode (number 1) mentioned above with our EMT-4!
Let us now turn to how we use the whole ..

Finally, some questions & their answers since I got some private messages that often had the same questions as a core element ..
Q: The EMT-4 turns off automatically when I try to set the intensity higher than 5-10, what can I do about it?
A: The EMT-4 has an automatic shutdown that activates if you have not properly plugged all the electrodes. Also activated is this shutdown if you have the penis loops / electrodes not on your penis and thus no contact can be made. The device requires a connection between electrodes 1 and 2. If there is no contact between the 2 electrodes, the device can not logically work.
Q: Is this whole harmful? What dangers are there?
A: If you stick to the guide & use off-the-shelf TENS / E-Stim devices (not self-assembled devices), it’s not dangerous.
Q: I tried E-Stim, but I can not find a position where it does not hurt. What should I do?
A: The solution is simple -> continue to experiment & find out which positioning is best for you. Many people who wrote to me initially had the same problem .. after they had continued to experiment, they found after a short time then the correct positioning & now feel no pain but the exact opposite of it! Experimenting is the most important thing here … no penis is the same … so you have to find out the positioning that suits you best for your penis. I can not take that from you.
