1. Content and Functions of the Telegram App

1.1. General Requirements

1. The Telegram App must not mislead the user or infringe on the rights of third parties. The use of third-party materials requires coordination with the copyright holders.
2. Information on age restrictions must be accessible to users upon the first launch of the Telegram App.
3. English language must be supported in bot communications and Mini App UI
4. At least some functions of the Telegram App should be available for free
5. The Telegram Bot must have an bot image, description and app functions should correspond with it

1.2. Technical Requirements

1. The Telegram Mini App must be available and operate without failures. Infinite loading is not permitted during non-standard user actions.
2. On Android and iOS Telegram Mini App must support operation under unstable internet connections and properly handle temporary disconnections.

1.3. Compatibility and Synchronisation

1. The Telegram Mini App must comply with the rules of the Android and iOS app stores.
2. The Telegram App must not contain unavailable features on certain platforms.
3. User progress must synchronise between different platform versions.
4. Placeholders for unsupported platforms must be provided.

1.4. User Support

1. Developers must provide user support and ensure accessible means of communication for resolving any issues that arise.
2. When conducting contests with prizes, detailed conditions available to users at any time must be published.

1.5. User Content Moderation

1. If the Telegram App has features for uploading and publishing content, the user must explicitly accept the application agreement that contains rules on unacceptable content.

1.6. Content Policy

1. Graphic, Shocking, or Sexual Content: Apps should avoid promoting content, products, or services that are graphic, shocking, or sexual.
2. Hate, Violence, Harassment: Apps should not foster hatred, intolerance, harassment, discrimination, violence, or abuse.
3. Third-Party Rights: Apps and their promoted content should respect third-party rights, which include trademark, copyright, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.
4. Deceptive, Misleading, or Predatory Advertising: Apps should not contain any information that is false or misleading, or that does not match the product. They should refrain from making false claims or offers and from predatory advertising practices.
5. Elections, Political Ads, Religion: Apps should not advertise political campaigns, elections, political parties, candidates, or political or religious movements.
6. Gambling: Apps should avoid promoting online or offline gambling, gaming, or casino-based activities involving real money, prizes, or goods of any value.
7. Deceptive or Harmful Financial Products or Services: Apps should avoid promoting content, products, or services associated with deceptive or harmful financial practices. If apps or ads promote a paid product, the purchase terms should be clear and easy to understand.

2. User Data

2.1. Data Collection and Processing

1. Telegram Apps may collect user data through APIs to provide functionality, only if necessary and after obtaining explicit user consent.
2. Users must be informed of the purposes of data collection and the methods of processing. All actions with data are only possible after obtaining user consent.
3. Data processing must comply with the user agreement and privacy policy provided to the user before they begin using the Telegram App.
4. Developers must ensure the lawful processing of data, its confidentiality, and protection, and timely notify users of any data breaches.
5. Data must only be used for stated purposes. If it is necessary to use the data for other purposes, new user consent must be obtained.
6. The Telegram App must correctly handle a user's refusal to provide data.

2.2. GDPR Compliance

1. Data processing must comply with GDPR requirements, including ensuring users' rights to access, correct, and delete their data.
2. Users must be informed about their rights under GDPR and the methods for exercising them.

3. Design and User Experience

3.1. Localisation

1. All interface elements and texts of the Telegram App must be translated into English.
2. Additional localisations should open in the language set by the user in Telegram settings, or in English if no translation is available.

3.2. Adaptivity

1. The Telegram Mini App must display correctly on screens of different sizes and resolutions without distortion.
2. The mobile version must consider safe areas at the top and bottom.

3.3. User Interface

1. Fonts must be easily readable and adapt to screen sizes.
2. Active interface elements must be noticeable and intuitively understandable.

3.4. Error Handling

1. The Telegram App must correctly handle situations when a user encounters an empty page or if the content fails to load, providing appropriate placeholders.
2. During content loading, loading indicators should be displayed.

3.5. Icons and Design

1. The Telegram App should not have a name or design that is similar to other applications in the catalog.
2. Covers, icons, and banners must be made in a uniform style without using additional elements to attract attention.
