Deceptive or Harmful Financial Products or Services: Apps should avoid promoting content, products, or services associated with deceptive or harmful financial practices. If apps or ads promote a paid product, the purchase terms should be clear and easy to understand.

Telegram Apps may collect user data through APIs to provide functionality, only if necessary and after obtaining explicit user consent.
Users must be informed of the purposes of data collection and the methods of processing. All actions with data are only possible after obtaining user consent.
Data processing must comply with the user agreement and privacy policy provided to the user before they begin using the Telegram App.
Developers must ensure the lawful processing of data, its confidentiality, and protection, and timely notify users of any data breaches.
