TeleChatDay Rules

Useful information for understanding the rules:

1) When a user joins the Telegram group, all rules stated here will be automatically accepted by the user; otherwise, please exit independently.

2) If the rules herein are not adhered to, staff members reserve all rights to sanction the user in question by removing or muting him/her (temporarily or permanently following a joint session and 2 warnings). Banning may be directed in the case of serious and direct insults that are unjustified or for infiltrated and unrelated members who without valid reason cause a disturbance.

3) Staff members may in turn be apostrophized on certain attitudes deemed negative by at least 4+ users in an effort to find a peaceful solution and in favor of the common welfare.

4) The rules are continually being updated, in the event that there is no dedicated rule, common sense and civility of individuals applies.

5) The staff has the right to change the following rules at any time. Once changed the new rule(s) will be posted immediately and thereafter enforced. The member cannot say that he or she is unaware as it is the member's duty to keep abreast of the new rules imposed on the group. A member's failure to see or understand these rules cannot be used as justification for any transgression of a rule(s).

Spam of compromising or monetized links and telegram groups is prohibited

Any kind of advertising is prohibited.

(Paragraph 6)

It is prohibited to threaten to disclose information and/or personal data

It is prohibited sending personal informations and/or data

Voluntary and non-voluntary flooding is prohibited.

(Comma 9)

Prohibited to own VoIP in the group.

> Punishment: 🚷 Ban

(Paragraph 10)

Forbidden to post tag or names of other groups/channels.

> Punishment: ❗️Warn > 🔇 Mute.

Prohibited to propagandize images or content peculiar to the Fascist Party or the National Socialist Party of Germany.

> Punishment: ❗️Warn > 🔇 Mute  

For reports, reply to message with "@admin"

All in a positive atmosphere for all where of course confidence should be calibrated according to conscience. Remembering that no rule is above a general morality that is not the enemy of joking as long as implemented without malice in tune with the person who is subject to it.
