Whereas, "teenaged" is an Adjective which means the quality of being in the teen years of life. It is also an Adjective form of "teenager". The word "teenage" is used to refer to the age category under which the teens falls. The word "teenaged" is used to describe things/objects/concepts/entities that are typical of teenagers and individuals that are in the teen years of life. For example; in the sentence, "His teenage was spent in overcoming hardships" ; it means that he had a very difficult teenage and his teen years were lost in overcoming obstacles. He was just trying to make it through life when he was a teenager i.e. when he was between thirteen and nineteen years old. Another example is, "The teenaged dreams of becoming a popstar/rockstar" ; here the Abstract plural Noun "dreams" has been described with the help of the Adjective "teenaged".
