Ignore the one star idiots... Most of them are bitching about a technical issue (a programming error) that could have happened to any television series and has nothing to do with the storytelling, acting or production quality... All of that is at its best this season!
I love the series Teen Wolf and I'm crushed that this is the "Final Season" (I hope they make a couple movies instead of abandoning the franchise completely!) That said, so far the episodes in Season 6 are amazing some of the best ever and I am a serial re-watcher of other seasons, so for me to say it is amazing (compared to other great seasons) means a lot!
My daughter and I both hate this show came to an end but from the first season I knew, and DEFINITELY from he got possessed with the kitsunei and showed his dark acting capabilities, Dylan O'Brien's pure acting talent was too big to be contained by this show... he stole the show... and he was the only non-supernatural thing in it full time aside from Scott's mother! Only season that kind of got too dark for a teen movie was the one with the dread doctors, however the amazing story behind their goals made for a great climax in what ultimately won the fight that season. Lots of cutting edge music on the show and great scenes, introduced us to new songs we had to go look up and this is where watching this on Amazon takes the win because of the X-ray feature where you can find the who and what of any given scene and catch up on behind the scenes trivia! I would watch this all again for the 4th/5th/6th? time, all seasons! And I'm an original fan of Michael J Fox's original movie this spun off from: Teen Wolf! Long live the 80s classic coming of age movies!
It's everything you love out of Teen Wolf - plots that don't really make sense, bad guys with motives we'll never understand, too much slow motion, and lots of running around in the dark to ensure we can't ever actually see anything.
That said, it's Teen Wolf. I love this show. I love this season. The Stydia is strong and I'm so excited for the rest of the season.
I have watched Seasons 1 to 5 -- I liked seasons 1 to 3 -- I really didn't care at all for seasons 4 and 5 .. and now here is Season 6 - the final one .. For me, season six started out with the normal pattern -- something or someone to terrorize a group of selected people in Beacon Hill - so fear is a main player here and the second player are the plots to defeat the terror --and season six seems to be going along that way -- but it also added emotion between the main characters -- how much they care about each other and how much it means to them to remember who Styles is --- I have only seen season 6 episodes 1 to 5 , but I think if the core group keeps the passion of feelings for each other strong -- it will probably be the best season of all of them.
Hate its coming to an end. Watched with my teenage son. Its extremely well written and acted. From the 1st episode your easily drawn into their story. The actors have such chemistry on screen and considering its budget its has amazing special effects. Imo is has all the elements of an epic cinema production and compare the feeling of watching LOTR (meaning its stories contain love, heros, villians, supernatural, mercy, bonding , trust, betrayal, death, suspence, frendship and finally upcoming is what will be the sad end.) I'm a huge Teen Wolf fan, but I don't have television so I have to wait for the DVDs to be released before I can catch up with what goes on. Very fascinating season and I think it's great that they pay off some of the relationships that were started so many years ago in Season One. The Ghost Riders are excellent and very menacing, but the other Alpha Leader left over from the Dread Doctors is wasted and he isn't very menacing. Linden Ashby finally gets some really interesting character shades this season and it's fascinating to see his journey from happily married to happily widowed father. Excellent choices.
Following this story has been so much fun. Love the cast and twist and turns. So sad they are ending after 7 years. I will miss this show.
I was leary at title,as original Teen Wolf even then wasn't my thing..loVe scary,horror,suspense n comedy..but..ehh..noW myself,my hubby n youngest love n are addicted to this series!Awesome story,amazing actors/actress' and keeps you engaged..thinking,guessing.. never ending creatures..cant get enough and pray noT cancelled!hoping Netflix picks it up..with a the reality show crap n other mind fluff..thiS ones keeper..
