Shameless actress Tina Malone bravely showed off the 10lb of excess skin she was left with after drastically losing 11 stone in order to have her baby daughter, Flame, via IVF.
Tina appeared on ITV's This Morning to reveal the extent of her weight loss - shocking hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford by declaring she now has "longest boobs in the world" due to her dramatic weight loss.
She said: "I have got the longest boobs in the world, floppy boobs, I could tie mine round my waistline like a belt."
The 51-year-old now plans to undergo a series of radical cosmetic surgeries in January in a bid to remove all of the surplus. Watch the full interview here .
But she is adamant she's doing it for her and not in order to please her husband Paul Chase - who is 19 years her junior.
"It isn’t about me keeping my young husband, it’s about me. I can work out but I’ve not got bingo wings, I’ve got bat sleeves," she said.
"I don’t want to be Renee Zellweger where you look like somebody else, I’m not trying to recapture my youth, I just wanna look the best I can be."
And speaking about the scary surgery she'll undergo on her stomach, she added: "It’s not just a tummy tuck, what they do is they cut from the breast bone right down and take off all that skin."
Tina's surgical journey will be documented in a new reality series and she hopes to be able to stroll along the beach in a bikini when she finishes all of her procedures.
She said: "I’ve never worn a bikini in my entire life, I was a fat bird for 20 years, people say I look great but I’ve got this skin."

Perhaps Madonna should check IDs before she pulls off a fan's top onstage?
The Material Girl ended up in a bit of hot water when she -- seemingly accidentally -- exposed a 17-year-old fan's breast during her Rebel Heart Tour in Brisbane, Australia on Thursday.
"She's the kind of girl you just want to slap...on the a**. And pull--" Madge said as she yanked the teen's corset down and flashed her boob. "Oh, sh*t! I'm sorry. Sexual harassment. You can do the same to me."
The 57-year-old singer invites a lady onstage during "Unapologetic Bitch" to receive a spanking from the pop star -- Ariana Grande and Jessica Chastain were among previous spankees -- but Josephine Georgiou got a bit more than expected.
Still, she says it was not "a big deal."
"Only I get to decide if I’m humiliated or not," the teen told Courier Mail . "Why would people assume I am humiliated by my own breast, nipple or body? I didn’t realize my boob was such a big deal -- it was nothing to me."
As for the outrage from people who have suggested Georgiou take legal action against Madonna, the aspiring model rebuffs, "Seriously, why would I sue Madonna for the best moment of life?"
Georgiou says the whole thing started when Madge noticed her from the stage.
"I thought she smiled at me while she was performing," she recalled. "She talked to two guys at the side of the stage. I thought I was imagining things but a lady came down and asked if I danced and if I knew the song, 'Unapologetic Bitch.' I said ‘f**k yeah,’ and she asked, 'Would you like to get up on stage?' and I was like, 'Oh my god, yes!'"
"People just need to understand I was on stage in front of Madonna, I was looking her in the eyes and most people would just melt into a pool on stage," she added. "So, it was only because I was standing in front of her that I looked so surprised."
Madonna recently defended her latest string of bizarre onstage antics, including a recent show where she rode around on a tricycle dressed like a sad clown and drank from a flask. "I could never do any of my shows high or drunk," she said. "Sexism is alive and kicking."

You probably know that breasts come in all different sizes and colors , but did you know the same goes for nipples? Actually, there are eight different kinds of nipples, says Dr. Tsippora Shainhouse, M.D. , a board-certified dermatologist and pediatrician. All of them are normal, and it's certainly possible to have a combination of two or more types (like protruding and bumpy or flat and hairy). And maybe, your nipples don't exactly fit into any of these categories. That's cool too! All nipples are normal, no matter how big, small, flat, or hairy they may be. Read on to learn more about what kind of nipples you have.
First, though, some definitions. You most likely have heard the terms nipple and areola, but there's a chance you don't know exactly what they mean. The two of them together make up what you might refer to as your nipple. The areola is the pigmented round area on your breast, while the nipple is the actual projection. Got it? OK, now let's dive in.
Protruding: This refers to nipples that are raised a few millimeters above the surface of the areola and point outwards. The nipple can harden and become more pronounced when cold or stimulated.
Flat: The entire nipple is flat and blends into the areola. The nipple can harden and become more pronounced when cold or stimulated.
Puffy: The entire areola and nipple area looks like a small, raised mound on top of the breast. The nipple can harden and become more pronounced when cold or stimulated.
Inverted: The nipple retracts inwards. Sometimes, you can use your fingers to bring it out, but sometimes, the muscles are too tight.
Unilateral inverted: One nipple is raised, the other is inverted. If this has always been the case, it's perfectly safe. If this is a new development, it might be a sign of breast cancer, so see your doctor immediately.
Bumpy: It's common to have bumps on the areola surrounding the nipple. These bumps are called Montgomery glands and can sometimes look like whiteheads. Sometimes, you might be able to squeeze dead skin cells out of them, but don't play with them. Every woman has the glands, but some people are bumpier than others.
Hairy: Stray, dark hairs growing out of the areola area are normal. They might be fine or coarse. It's safe to pluck them out with a tweezer. Every woman has hair follicles, but some people are hairier than others.
Supernumerary: Some people (like Harry Styles!) have extra, smaller nipples. They either look like flat moles or have a fully-formed, raised bump.
