Teen Titans Wiki is a FANDOM TV Community.
The Teen Titans are a group of teenage heroes who keep the world safe from the clutches of evil. The main group of the Titans comprises of the founding members, although there are two other teams located on the eastern and western sides of America. They are in charge of protecting their respective areas. Honorary members, a selected few who are not part of any Titans group but are on-and-off honorary members on occasion, are individually scattered throughout the planet.
The original team and founding members of the Teen Titans residing in Titans Tower . They are entrusted with the safety of Jump City, California , and any serious or major conflict going on in or outside the world, usually tackling the issues with as much efficiency and maturity as the adult superheroes. Below is a list of all five members:
The second group of Teen Titans to be founded. They first appeared in " Titans East - Part 1 ", where they united to help defeat Brother Blood . In Titans East - Part 2 The Titans East are entrusted with the safety of Steel City , presumably located in the Northeastern part of the United States. They seem to be the backup team for defending Jump City when the Teen Titans are out of town (" For Real "). Cyborg was the first and original leader of the Titans East, but after Brother Blood's attack on Titans East, Cyborg defeated Blood and realized that his place was with the original Teen Titans. He appointed Bumblebee leader of Titans East before heading back to Jump City with Robin, Raven, Beast Boy, and Starfire. "You already have a leader; you just need to listen to her." Even though they are most known for defending Steel City, they are well known in Jump City after the event of the episode "For Real".
Titans North Tower in Teen Titans Go!
The third team of heroes to be formed. They are first seen in Teen Titans Go! #55, and are located in a rather mountainous and woody area, presumably in the Northern part of the States or in Canada. However, in some comics, it is located in Chicago, due to their high crime. They are comprised of:

Honorary Titans are heroes that are not currently part of one of the five official Titan teams.
The "Temporary Titans" are a group of Titans seen being assembled after the Brain's assault on the Teen Titans in " Titans Together ". The team was dissolved after the re-conciliation of the Titans at the Brotherhood of Evil's headquarters in Paris. It is comprised of:
The Team Titans are from Killowat's home, a parallel universe to Earth. Their powers and abilities are unknown, as well as their personalities. They are very minor characters, only having appeared in one issue of Teen Titans Go! (#48 Wrong Place, Wrong Time ), and have not appeared in the cartoon. They are close friends of Killowat but only in the comics. They are comprised of:
Unofficial Titans are heroes that are not seen in the show but are associated with them in the comics.
Titans that were not seen in the animated series but appeared in the New Teen Titans short " Turn Back the Clock ".

The opening credits of the show featured two versions of the theme song: one in English and the other in Japanese. The Japanese version is not a direct translation of the English lyrics. Beast Boy sings a translation of the Japanese Lyrics in Teen Titans: Trouble in Tokyo (2006) .
The title credits are sung bi-lingualy, some episodes being in Puffy's
native Japanese, others being in English.
I thought it was going to be dumb but.......................
It has now became one of my favorite American shows! I've grown tired of Justice League and Spiderman. I longed for something better. When I saw the previews of Teen Titans I thought it was a lame rip off of Jap anime. I watched the premere of TT on Saturday and loved it! And I wanted more! It was so hilarious. Five superheros who live in obvious hideout which is more dirty than Spongebob's Squarepant's pineapple (note the mountains of dirty dishes in their kitchen) Some diehard anime fans dissed it because of it's overused Jap sight gags but I found it hilarious. Plus it was funny that most of the background music sounded like you would hear in a grocery store. I recently found out that a 3rd and 4th season is in the works. Thanks Cartoon Network!

You guys don't get the fact that this is a PARODY.
Look, I'm not a huge fan of Teen Titans Go either. I'm just utterly shocked at all the reviews that I'm seeing here. Everyone is criticizing the show because it isn't like the old Teen Titans, and many reasons that will just create a long list that'll probably take the entire day to go through. But, the fact that people don't understand what this show is supposed to be is really surprising to me. This is a parody. HOW HAS NO ONE GOTTEN THAT YET?! This is supposed to be a more child friendly approach, and a more comedic/Slice Of Life centered Show. But however, that does not mean the show has problems. First off, a lot of the episodes are just....really bad. For example, The True Meaning Of Christmas. This episode has to be the worst of them all! I don't know why Robin and the others are killing elves, Raven is committing cannibalism on gingerbread people, and the fact that they re supposed to be heroes has a huge say in this!! This is supposed to be a Christmas Special, not a naughty makeover! Second, the comedy can most of the time be pretty lackluster. It's basically a hit or miss kind of thing, but to me it was a HUGE miss. And third, sometimes there are moments in the show where I just want to smash my TV. Those moments I'm talking about are so stupid, so unnecessary, that they're the IQ equivalent of Breadwinners! But, that's not to say that there aren't some good things to say about Teen Titans Go. First off, I want to talk about 40%, 40%, 20%. This episode is without a doubt something amazing. The way it was executed, the animation, everything about it was just spectacular. I'm just gonna say this right now, but this episode felt like something out of the original Teen Titans, and it was pretty epic. Second, the way they responded to criticism was just downright awesome. They had an EPISODE dedicated to this! A FULL EPISODE! I have watched it, and I gotta say that the humor hit very hard that episode in my opinion. The way that it was handled just felt so right, and I just want to give a round of applause to the people behind that episode, because that was pretty clever if you ask me! And third, I keep talking about episodes, but there are some episodes that are passable, and few that are just hysterical. I've cruised through the series, and while a majority of the episodes are bad, there is a chunk of episodes that are pretty passable, and a small fragment that are just awesome episodes. I'm not gonna mention which ones they are, but I'll let you guys find out what they are yourselves. GOOD LUCK! So overall, Teen Titans Go may not be a very good show, but there are some qualities that make the series passable. That's the end of this somewhat lackluster review, see ya later!
