WPIX's Frances Rivera falls in high heels while talking about orgasms.
We've all had an "oops" moment when we've put our foot in our mouth or done the wrong thing. When you're on television, that moment gets magnified, and if it goes viral, well, the moment could last forever.
The latest on-screen gaffe, courtesy of morning news anchors Sukanya Krishnan and Frances Rivera on New York's WB-affiliate, WPIX, wasn't so much a verbal blunder as it was an actual misstep.
While discussing a story Wednesday about the correlation between the pain of wearing high heel shoes and orgasm, Krishnan and Rivera walked around their anchor desk showing off their four-plus inch heels.
That's when Rivera, while joking that the pain from her high heels "feels so good," lost her footing and went down on the studio floor, laughing out loud.
Krishnan, unsure whether her co-anchor was still joking, got up to help Rivera. "I thought you were doing one of your jokie-jokes," Krishnan said.
"No, I fell on live TV," Rivera said, blaming it on the makeshift studio they were in and not the size of her heels.

New York Fox 5 news anchor Ernie Anastos had his 2009 "oops" moment memorialized. During the 10 p.m. newscast, while bantering with weathercaster Nick Gregory, Anastos dropped the F-bomb .
Their exchange went something like this:
"I guess it takes a tough man to make a tender forecast," Anastos said to Gregory.
"I guess that's me," a bewildered Gregory replied.
Both men shared a chuckle, then the 66-year-old anchorman shocked his colleagues and the audience at home when he said, "Keep f***ing that chicken."
Stunned co-anchor Dari Alexander grimaced straight into the camera before going to commercial.
Exactly what Anastos meant was not clear, but Thursday afternoon Fox 5 issued a statement to ABCNews.com: "We are disappointed with Ernie's comment on the air last night. He will apologize for his use of inappropriate language tonight during 'Fox 5 News at 10 p.m.'"
Halfway through Thursday night's newscast, Anastos, once again sitting between Alexander and Gregory, turned to the camera and said: "I misspoke during last night's newscast. I apologize to anyone who might have been offended."
Apparently, the legendary co-anchor has had his share of on-air blunders. Once, he mispronounced the station's own Web site as "myFoxNY.c**k."
Comedian D-lister Kathy Griffin was naughty on New Year's 2009 during a live broadcast on CNN with Anderson Cooper.
Talk show legend Larry King didn't exactly blunder when he told PBS host Tavis Smiley that his son wanted to be black after President Obama was elected. But Jimmy Kimmel milked it for laughs anyway.
You would think that TV-savvy guests would learn never to trust a microphone as long as it's still clipped to them. But it's during those unsuspecting hot-mic moments that you can really hear what newsmakers think.
Just think of Obama's recent off-the-cuff comments about Kanye West or Jesse Jackson's off-color comments about Obama during the election.
At the end of last year, Peggy Noonan and Mike Murphy, a former aide to Sen. John McCain, took their turn to get caught when they were overheard criticizing McCain's VP pick, Sarah Palin.
MSNBC talk show host Joe Scarborough had a slip of the tongue one morning on his political show. He accidently dropped the F-bomb when meant to use just the first letter of the word. When his co-host pointed out what he had said, Scarborough stopped the show to apologize. Perhaps he knew he was going to be in trouble with more than just the FCC. He had to face his wife when he got home.

Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham shared on her Instagram page Saturday photos from her—wait for it—vaginal rejuvenation procedure. In one of the pics, the 26-year-old is seen dressed in just a silver bra and lying on a clinic bed at the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center while a nurse, Sara Fowler , attends to her...down there.
"Loving my lady parts!" wrote Abraham, who gave birth to her daughter eight years ago.
The clinic's Instagram page also featured a photo of the reality star undergoing her noninvasive procedure. A photographer and cameraman are visible in the pic.
"Today at BHRCLA Teen Mom @farrah__abraham rejuvenating her lady parts! #vaginalrejuvenation #femme360 #teenmom," the post read .
The nurse posted on her own Instagram page more pics of her with Abraham as well as a video explaining the procedure to her.
"What this does is distributes little wounds through radio frequency which kind of breaks up the collagen and forces it to restore during that healing process, so everything becomes tighter and you actually experience," she said.
"Like I'm 16 again?" interrupted Abraham.
"There you go, like you're 16 again!" the nurse responded.
"Today, @farrah__abraham visited us at BHRC to rejuvenate her lady parts," Fowler wrote. "Like so many, she was a little nervous at first but quickly realized there is nothing to fear."
"#VaginalRejuvenation with our Ultra Femme 360 is a 30 minute pain-free non-invasive treatment," she wrote . "It works by delivering radio frequency to the underlying fibers, provoking the skin to produce NEW collagen. As a result, women experience a dramatic increase in tightness and sexual satisfaction. This treatment also helps eliminate stress incontinence, a common issue for women who have given birth. #teenmom #femininerejuvenation #bhrcbabe."
Abraham has been open about her past plastic surgery and other cosmetic procedures.
She has had two b oob jobs over the years and got a nose job and chin implants in 2012. More than two years ago, she got lip injections —which did not go well.

Connie Chung is revealing how she was sexually assaulted when she was a college student.
The 72-year-old broadcast journalist revealed in a letter to Brett Kavanaugh accuser Dr. Christine Blasey Ford on Wednesday (October 3) that she commends the professor for taking a stand against the Supreme Court nominee and revealed her own terror in coming forward publicly about the assault she describes as coming from a “monster.”
“Dear Christine Blasey Ford,” Chung wrote in the letter published in the Washington Post . “I, too, was sexually assaulted — not 36 years ago but about 50 years ago. I have kept my dirty little secret to myself. Silence for five decades.”
Chung recalls that when she was a college student in the 1960s, she went to her gynecologist to received birth control, but never had a gynecological examination. While admitting the details of the events surrounding the alleged assault are fuzzy, the assault is still very clear in her mind.
The journalist says she was still a virgin when she went to see her family doctor, the same man who delivered her as a baby, to get birth-control pills, a diaphragm, or an IUD. She describes the office as “a classic Georgetown 19th-century house” and that the doctor “drew the curtain," and adding, "[He asked] me to remove my clothes below the waist while he sat at his desk by the bay window. When I was ready, he came to the examination area and installed stirrups on one end of the cushioned examination table.
“While I stared at the ceiling, his right index finger massaged my clitoris. With his right middle finger inserted in my vagina, he moved both fingers rhythmically,” she continued in the letter. “He coached me verbally in a soft voice, ‘Just breathe. Ah-ah,’ mimicking the sound of soft breathing. ‘You’re doing fine,’ he assured me.
“Suddenly, to my shock, I had an orgasm for the first time in my life. My body jerked several times. Then he leaned over, kissed me, a peck on my lips, and slipped behind the curtain to his office area,” she concluded. “I don't remember saying anything to him. I could not even look at him. I quickly dressed and drove home.”
Chung believes she remembers telling one of her sisters about the assault but never revealed it to her parents and didn’t file a police report. “I did not report him to authorities. It never crossed my mind to protect other women,” she added.
Connie Chung married Maury Povich in 1984 and says she told her husband about the incident, but can’t recall exactly when she revealed she had been abused. She also applauded Dr. Ford for her bravery and willingness to risk everything to come forward with her allegations.
