A TIKTOK video shows an older man groping a woman aboard a Spirit Airlines flight - and the teen says no one intervened.
"The man was like 50-60s and I was so uncomfy @spiritairlines #fyp#foryou #harassmentawareness," read the video's caption, which was posted to TikTok.
"On my flight to California the man behind kept touching my arms and boobs," the video started.
The video shows the woman sitting in the window seat leaning back when she moves to show the man's hand grasping for air between the seat gap.
Posted on Wednesday night by the user @ mobilesushibar , the woman says she showed the video to Spirit flight attendants and those in her proximity, only to be ignored.
"And when I confronted him and showed the video to everyone around me and the flight attendants I was told to sit down and stay quiet 😐," the video narrated. "F you spirit airlines."
The poster got plenty of supportive messages following the video, with people urging she file a suit against Spirit.
"I’d yell and scream and make a scene, everyone needs to know," wrote one user.
"[T]hey told me to sit down and be quiet, and my mom told me the same," she added.
"@spiritairlines what are you going to do about this?!? This is APPALLING!!!" wrote another commenter.
The video has been watched over 810,000 times and has over 255,000 likes and comments since it was posted two days ago.
In a subsequent set of videos, the woman said she boarded the plane at 6AM with her family and sat in separate seats.
She said she then switched with a woman who wanted the aisle seat.
She said she was getting settled and began reading a book when she "felt a slight tough like something was caressing me right here"
"I wonder what this feeling could be, it was really subtle, and I reached my hand over and touched his finger tips," she continued.
She then texted her sister to tell her that she was being groped. "I thought it would stop there because he knows that I know that he was touching me because I touched his fingertips."
After some time passed and she resumed the previous position so she can read, "it happened again, so this is when I was like I can tell he's trying to reach for my boobs."
"So I have to sit there through an hour of harassment," she added to get video of him to show the flight attendants.
"He was trying to deny it," she said after showing them the video "and I was told to please calm down, sit down, be quiet."
"That made me really upset that no one cared that I was going through that for so long."
"The fact that I had to sit there and collect evidence for nothing speaks volumes."

Disturbing new video shows the moment an Australian police department employee corners a 13-year-old girl in an elevator and gropes her as she frantically attempts to get away.
Glenn Roche, 54, who was found guilty of indecent assault this week, is seen in the footage chasing the youngster into the elevator after a day out with her family, the New Zealand Herald reported on Thursday.
Roche seems to be playfully chasing the girl but then the sicko grabs her, fondles her and tries to kiss her while she tries to wrestle free, the footage posted by TVNZ-TV shows.
The girl later told authorities that she still suffers nightmares from the harrowing July 2019 assault, according to the Herald.
But Roche told the judge he was just playing around and claimed there was “no sexual gratification on my behalf.”
“My hands have slid up her body as she slid to the ground,” the sicko told police. “My mind has gone off on a tangent like this is a challenge to me. I can get her and give her a kiss on the cheek like her two sisters and mum.”
“She contributed to that occurring by releasing her body weight and sliding through my hands,” he said, blaming his tiny victim.
Police said Roche had been out with the girl’s mom and siblings. It is unclear what his relationship to the girl and her family was.
The judge wasn’t buying his excuse, however, and found Roche guilty.
He was also suspended from the police department, where he worked as a civilian employee, according to the reports.

A 15-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a group of boys in a park in broad daylight.
The schoolgirl got off a bus at around 4.30pm on March 22 and walked towards Pepys Park in Deptford, south London . She then sat down on a bench close to some football cages.
A boy thought to be about 16 or 17, approached her and was joined by two others, of a similar age, who are accused of stealing her phone and running away.
The victim is said to have followed the pair with the boy who first approached her.
All three boys pinned her down and raped her in another part of the park, it is alleged.
The first boy is described as black with no facial hair and silver caps on two of his teeth.
He was wearing a blue beanie, a black ‘Kings Will Dream’ coat with fur around the hood and black and grey trainers, a statement from the Metropolitan Police said.
The second male is a lighter skinned black boy with two earrings, one stud in each ear lobe.

He had a high-top hairstyle with slight stubble and was wearing a black Zavetti, knee-length coat with a yellow and red brand mark on the sleeve.
The last teenager is described as a lighter skinned black boy. He wore a durag, a black coat and black tracksuit bottoms.
Officers have launched an investigation. There have been no arrests.
Detective Constable Daniel Weeks, who is leading the probe, said: ‘We are doing our utmost to provide the victim with support from specially trained officers following this horrific incident.
‘I am asking members of the public who were in the park that day to think carefully about whether you saw the males described.
‘Did you see anyone acting suspiciously? What were they doing and where did they go?
‘No matter how small or insignificant you think your information might be, it could be hugely significant for our investigation.’

Jack Eaves, 19, leaving Minshull street crown court in Manchester where he received an 18 month suspended sentence for having sex with an underage girl
A young man who pressured a schoolgirl into having sex with him before telling her to keep their relationship a secret has been spared jail - after a court heard he would 'sulk' for not getting his own way with her.
Jack Eaves, now aged 19, had met the 13-year-old through Facebook before adding her on Snapchat , and the pair quickly became close.
On numerous occasions, Eaves pressured the girl into sexual activity.
A court heard that Eaves, of Manchester, would go into a 'sulk' if he didn't get his own way with the schoolgirl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, who was said to be feeling like she was being 'emotionally manipulated' by him.
Eaves was said to have taken the girl to secluded areas such as a cemetery to have sex with her, but then bragged to acquaintances about the intercourse.
At Manchester's Minshull Street Crown Court yesterday, Eaves admitted to sexual activity with a child, attempted sexual activity, inciting a child to have sexual activity and sexual intercourse with a child.
Eaves was sentenced to 18 months in custody in a young offenders institution, suspended for two years with a number of conditions.
The offences began when Eaves was 17-years-old and the victim was just 13.
Prosecutor Justin Hayhoe said: 'The offences came to light in 2017 after having a discussion with her mother and her aunt, there had been some talk about engaging in sex with an older person.
The offences began when Eaves was 17-years-old and the victim was just 13
'Her mother informed the police, who went to the home address and interviewed the victim. The defendant was arrested following that interview.
'She would say that she and the defendant had become friends on Facebook. The contact began around the start of 2017 and by March, she had confided in her friends that she was in a relationship.
'They engaged in sexual activity, she says that he was flattering to her, suggesting that she was more mature than she actually was, and so the frequency increased.
'She was aware of his age, he knew that she was younger and he told her to keep their relationship a secret. He had been involved in a relationship previously with another child under 16. The defendant was fully aware of what he was doing.
'He used that as a reason for her to keep their relationship secret, as he knew that what he was doing was illegal.
'The defendant suggested they should meet up, she was of the view nothing sexual was going to take place. What he was doing was gaining her trust, and then invited her to meet him.
'He was keen to say that their relationship should remain secret. He had be warned previously by police that he shouldn't have any contact with underage children.
'Because their messages were on Snapchat they could not be recovered by police, he perhaps would have known that and that that is why he used Snapchat.
'She says that there was a degree of emotional manipulation by him, she describes how he would go into a bit of a mood until he got his own way.
'She did agree to meet him, there were others present. They left the others and they walked towards a school and she was alone with him.

'He seemed to be fully familiar with it, she was taken by him to a pathway which was sheltered from the view of others.
'He asked her if she wanted to do it and she was unsure, he asked her to engage in sexual activity, at that stage he became moody, he was trying to manipulate her, then he began to walk away from her.
'She did agree to engage, of course he would know what he was doing was illegal.
'She said that she was in a lot of pain and she began to bleed. She told the defendant that she couldn't have sex and she didn't want to continue and he did stop. He walked her home.
'He assured her that being her first time it was bound to hurt. She confided with one of her cousins about that incident. She told her she was in love with the older male.
'They met again at random locations such as the local cemetery. He appeared to be familiar with these locations as they offered a degree of seclusion. She was telling her mother she was going to meet her cousin during those meetings. There was touching and hugging, this was the defendant building trust in her, not wishing to push too far.
'They met near to B&Q in Bury. They went up to a secluded area, he encouraged her to have sexual intercourse.
'He didn't wear a condom and withdrew. Afterwards she realised what had gone wrong, that she was wrong to agree to it.
'She told officers she had been a virgin and had not had sexual intercourse before.
'She described how the defendant began to brag, the defendant became quite annoying as they walked home. He again asked her not to to talk about their relationship, if they broke up they shouldn't tell anyone what had taken place.
'As soon as he had sexual intercourse with her, he seemed to lose interest which left her feeling betrayed. When the defendant was interviewed he chose not to comment.'
Eaves was said to have genuine remorse and was described to be a 'very immature man with a few friends' at the time of the incident.
In mitigation, his defence lawyer Adam Lodge said: 'His guilty pleas, good character, remorse which is genuine are his strongest mitigation.
'He accepted that it is wrong. There was a significant delay that has been facing this case, he was interviewed in July 2017, the delay has had a significant impact on him.
'This is somebody who has stepped back and reflected. The delay has, in some respects, benefited him.
'He is very different than he was, he is a very immature young man with only a few friends. This was a person who was immature then not a mature adult.
The Sexual Offences Act 2003 applies in England and Wales, with some sections applying in Northern Ireland and Scotland. It gives more information about specific offences and the related penalties.
'He has a deep understanding of his dysfunctional thinking, he is in work, he has taken a step back, he has reflected on his behaviour and the impact it has had on him and the victim.
'Allow him to continue to reflect upon his behaviour, there is prospect of unpaid work'.
Sentencing him, Judge Mark Savill said: 'You are 19 years of age, your sexual offending occurred when you were 17 and it is nearly 3 years since that came to the attention of the authorities.
'These offences relate to a relationship that was consensual in the eyes of the law between both you and the victim who at the time was 13.
'Count 1 is penetrating the vagina with your finger, count two she masturbated your penis, count three you attempted sexual intercourse and count four actually having sexual intercourse.
'This was a consensual relationship, but I do reach the conclusion that there was an unhealthy degree of pressure on her. She was significantly younger than you, she no doubt wanted to please you and remain in a relationship.
'When you didn't get your way, you went into a sulk which caused her to feel a degree of pressure.
'The offences came to light when she told her family. You were interviewed by the police and made no comment, you have entered your pleas at the age of 18.
'You are of good character, you have a stable home life, you have a good work record, you are exposed to unpleasant events as a child but don't suffer from addiction to drink or drugs, or have very significant debts.
'You are an individual with a low level of maturity. I have referred to the degree of pressure and unpleasant bragging, and telling the victim your relationship should remain secret.
'There was not an abuse of trust or grooming, as well as the fact that there were a number of sexual activities on a number of occasions. You are of good character and you then have to be giv
