When it comes to running, you can choose road running, cross country running, or race walking. Whether you practice sprinting or long distance running, a highly defined athletic body, a sportsman’s heart and endurance will be the natural benefits. 
It is important to note that physical activity is necessary throughout whole life, but sports and other gym activities become less popular as we grow older. Almost 70% of young girls and boys give up on sports at an early age, which can be extremely harmful for their health in later years. Gaining sports discipline is also important for teen girls because it helps them feel good about themselves, it helps to have more self-esteem and it helps them get used to spending their free time doing healthy activities.
