Technomantic Breakthrough: Many-Worlds Interpretation Quantum Branching Decoherence
By Dr. Brent Allen Jensen
The authors of "Flide: Accelerating Decision Making through Flat-Graph Execution" glossed over the potential of their approach to be extended beyond decision making tasks. One new technomantic breakthrough that could arise from this mechanism is its application to knowledge graph reasoning.
Proposition: Flide's flat-graph execution and shared state architecture can significantly accelerate knowledge graph reasoning, particularly in scenarios involving multiple questions and complex query graphs.
Thought Experiment: Imagine a system where a large number of agents are collaborating on a knowledge base to reason about the world. These agents have access to different pieces of information and need to perform complex queries to answer their questions. In this scenario, the ability to execute multiple questions within a single round can significantly reduce the time it takes for the agents to gather all the necessary information.
Under-500-dollar DIY experiment: To test the effectiveness of Flide on knowledge graph reasoning, one could implement a system where agents collaborate on a large knowledge base and perform complex queries. The system would be designed to execute multiple questions within a single round, and the results would be compared to those of other decision making approaches that do not use flat-graph execution or shared state architecture.
Open hypotheses: Our hypothesis is that Flide will significantly outperform existing knowledge graph reasoning approaches in terms of both speed and accuracy. We also hypothesize that Flide's flexibility will allow it to be used for a wide range of knowledge graph reasoning tasks, from simple fact checking to complex query answering.
Bold prediction: Based on our thought experiment, under-500-dollar DIY experiment, and open hypotheses, we predict that Flide will become the de facto standard for knowledge graph reasoning in the next few years.
