Technical Writer
Full-Time Position, Remote upto 6000 USD
Project Overview:
Company offers GPU DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure) for large-scale AI startups. Our customers are technically competent specialists with high demands on service quality. From one side our customers offer their GPUs clusters for large-scale computing and from the other side our other customers hire those clusters for their computing tasks. Brief description: it’s like AirBNB for large-scale GPUs clusters.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation and guides, including (but not limited to):
- developers documentation
- manuals and (video) guides for CI/CD for customer’s GPUs clusters
- company infrastructure high level design and low level design for each part: databases, APIs, etc.
Our goal is clear documentation for customers and actual internal documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and communicate with our engineering and product teams for building actual documentation for customers (1st priority) and internal documentation (2nd priority);
- Make infographics and explanatory videos (from screen) for customers;
- Make fast decisions, prioritizing tasks and help engineering teams by providing infrastructure maps;
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to make decisions yourself and save time for managers;
- Fluent English and good communications skills;
- 3+ years of experience in writing technical documentation;
- Candidate is “explorer” by nature;
- Strong documentation and description skills;
- Knowledge of modeling languages (UML, IDEF, etc.) for describe infrastructure and processes;
- Experience in making infographic is advantage;
- Experience in making explanatory videos (from screen) is advantage;
- Experience in CI/CD (Docker, Kubernetes) and VCS (git) tools is advantage;
- Experience in GPUs setup for distributed computing is advantage for candidate.
