About the Role
Depothelp is hiring a Technical Support Representative with Native or native-level German language proficiency to support customers using smart home devices. This is a permanent work-from-home position providing technical assistance via phone.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support for smart home devices such as security cameras.
Assist customers with device installation, setup, Wi-Fi connectivity, and app configuration.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Handle customer inquiries professionally
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
Ad hoc tasks
Requirements
Native or native-level proficiency in German
Good English communication skills to collaborate with a multinational team.
At least 1 year of BPO/customer support experience, preferably in a technical support account.
Tech-savvy, knows how to troubleshoot internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, smartphones, mobile applications, and smart home devices.
