Job Description

We are looking for a Technical product analyst to join our Product and Integration Team.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, technically minded professional who can analyze APIs, define integration requirements, and support developers and partners in delivering seamless system connections.

Job responsibilities

• Analyze and review partner and third-party APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and External Partners to define and document technical and integration requirements.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, specifications, and integration flow diagrams.
• Support development teams during the integration phase by clarifying requirements and technical logic.
• Participate in bug analysis and help identify the root cause of integration issues.
• Continuously improve integration processes and ensure quality across connected systems.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Experience working with APIs or analyzing technical documentation.
• Understanding of system integrations, data flows, and software architecture basics.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
• Experience with tools such as Postman, Swagger.
• Knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript) will be considered a strong plus.
