We’re looking for a highly capable operator to work directly alongside the founder of a fast-growing client acquisition agency for Med Spa's thats growing over the United States, Canada & Australia.
Your Role Is Simple
Solve problems, build systems, and create leverage.
We’re not looking for someone who simply completes tasks. We’re looking for someone who sees inefficiencies, identifies the root cause, and builds systems that help the business scale.
Responsibilities
* Manage client onboarding inside GoHighLevel
* Build and improve operational systems
* Create SOPs from Loom videos
* Manage projects inside ClickUp
* Follow up with tea ---------- mbers and ensure tasks get completed
* Identify bottlenecks and solve problems
* Help remove operational load from the founder
Ideal Candidate
* Strong technical ability
* Experience with GoHighLevel, ClickUp, CRMs, automations, or similar software
* Highly resourceful and proactive
* Thinks in systems and processes
* Comfortable figuring things out independently
* Takes ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
Starting Compensation & Hours - Grows over month 2,3 & onwards
* 30 hours per week
* $10 USD per hour starting rate
* Fully remote position
