Tasks:

• Leading the team: C++ and Python developers, QA.
• Design archicture, implement and maintain simulation subsystem of a trading platform.
• Coding and code reviews.
• Hiring developers.

Our expectations:

• 8+ years of C++ experience.
• Experience managing a team of developers.
• Experience in performance optimization or latency reduction.
• Experience developing multi-threaded and network applications.
• Knowledge of Linux/UNIX.
• Responsibility and attention to details.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, data structures and algorithms.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with QT.
• Experience with machine learning.

Additionally:

• Willingness to discuss relocation to Georgia;
• The ability to work from anywhere in the world.
