Recently, Tech Crunch's resident CEO, Elson Matsual, took the time to sit down with me for an interview to discuss his views on the state of business in the current climate. We discussed topics such as the state of innovation in the industry, the impact of the internet on business, and why he thinks that entrepreneurs are under-appreciating the work of Invent Help.

I'd like to talk about the state of entrepreneurship in the technological world today. You see, I think there's been some fundamental problems with how the industry has been viewed. In fact, the disconnect between innovators and start-ups has been so great that it's actually hurting the economy. Of course, not everyone who has a vision can become a great leader or innovator. If you want to accomplish tremendous things, it may be necessary to acquire a mastermind group with whom to work. For instance, Musk does admit that he doesn't get enough sleep. He admits to spending weekends at work, as well. His co-workers support his efforts, but only if he's willing to delegate some of his less desirable work to them.

The best leaders, as well as the best leaders among those who have the characteristics of entrepreneurial mindset, are not immune from the occasional difficulties. They recognize when they're getting their act together or falling behind the curve. They look for opportunities to grow. They recognize the risk and understand that it's not always going to be a walk in the park. But they also understand that they're going to encounter bumps along the way, and that they have to learn to overcome them.

A critical aspect of the entrepreneurial mindset is self-discipline. You have to keep your mind focused on the task at hand. You can't procrastinate or lose your way in the great big world of business. If you do, you're going to run yourself ragged. So what exactly is the formula for success in procrastination?
