TeamWork — working together

TeamWork is the collaboration mode for studios and artist teams: shared balance, shared Google Drive, up to 4 people. Open it with 👥 TeamWork in the main menu.

Why you'd use it

If you work on a project together — two, three, or a small studio — it's easier to have one shared balance (no need to pass money around) and one shared Drive (no manual file sharing). Any team member can rent a Workstation from the shared balance, and everyone's files live in one folder.

If you're not in a team yet

A card appears with «You have not yet joined the team» and a ➕ Create team button.

To join someone else's team you need an invite link — there's no search and no «request to join». If a colleague wants to add you, they'll send you a link.

Creating a team

1. 👥 TeamWork → ➕ Create team.
2. Enter a name (4–30 characters).
3. Done — you're the creator of your team. A Team_[name] folder is automatically created in Google Drive, and you already have access.

Inviting members

Available to the creator only. In the TeamWork card → Members → ➕ Invite.

The bot generates a unique link like t.me/ResnapBot?start=invite_.... There's a 📤 Share link button — send the link directly from Telegram.

Limit — up to 4 people per team (including the creator).

Joining via link

If you're already registered — tap the link, the bot shows the team card with ✅ Accept / ✖️ Decline buttons. After Accept you're in, and Team Drive access is granted automatically.

If you're not registered yet — the link walks you through registration and adds you to the team right away.

Team card (once you're inside)

Shows:

• Team name and your role (creator or member)
• Shared team balance
• 📁 Team Drive link
• Buttons: - Members — see who's in (the creator can remove from here) - ➕ Deposit — top up the team balance from your personal one (transfer) - Leave Team (member) / Disband Team (creator) - ✖ Close

Roles: creator vs member

• Creator — invites and removes members, can disband the team.
• Member — can use the shared balance and Drive, top up the team from their personal balance, and leave on their own.

Any member can rent a Workstation and spend from the shared team balance.

Topping up the team balance

The team balance can't be topped up directly from a card or crypto — only by transfer from a personal account.

👥 TeamWork → ➕ Deposit (or 💳 Wallet → 🔄 Transfer to [Team Name]) → pick an amount ($10 / $25 / $50 or your own) → the money moves from your personal balance to the shared one instantly.

Removing a member (creator)

Members → ➖ Remove → list of members → pick whom to remove → confirm. The removed member gets a notification, and Team Drive access is revoked.

Leaving the team (member)

Leave Team → confirm. Your personal balance stays with you, Team Drive access is removed.

Disbanding the team (creator)

Disband Team → confirm. The team is deleted, all members are detached, and the remaining team balance is refunded to the creator's personal balance. Team Drive is unshared.
