TeamWork

TeamWork is the collaboration mode for studios and artist teams: a shared balance, a shared Dropbox folder, up to 4 people. Open it with 👥 TeamWork in the main menu.

Why you'd use it

If a few people work on one project, it's easier to have one balance (no passing money around) and one folder (no manual file sharing). One workstation can be used by the whole team: a session started on the team balance shows up in every member's bot, and everyone can open the stream.

If you're not in a team yet

The card says you're not in a team and offers Create team. To join someone else's team you need an invite link: there's no search and no join requests.

Creating a team

1. TeamWork → Create team.
2. Enter a name, 4–30 characters.
3. Done, you're the creator. A Team_[name] folder is created in Dropbox and shared with you.

The team card

• Team name, your role (shown for the creator only), the shared balance
• Team files link to the shared folder
• The members list
• Buttons: Invite and Remove (creator; Remove is greyed out while there's nobody to remove), Deposit, Disband team (creator) or Leave team (member), Close

Inviting people

Creator only. Invite on the card shows a unique link in a frame and a Share link button that sends it straight from Telegram.

A registered person who taps the link sees the team card with Accept and Decline. After Accept they get the shared folder and the balance right away. Someone not registered yet goes through registration first and joins at the end. Limit: 4 people including the creator.

Team balance

Topped up only by transfer from a personal balance: Deposit on the TeamWork card, or Wallet → Deposit → Transfer to [team]. Pick $10 / $25 / $50 or Other amount, confirm. Presets you can't afford are greyed out. The money moves instantly.

When renting, the bot asks which balance pays if both have enough for the prepayment. Sessions on the team balance are visible to all members.

Removing a member (creator)

Remove → pick the person → confirm. They lose access to the team folder and the balance and get a notification.

Leaving (member)

Leave team → confirm. Your personal balance stays with you, the team folder is unshared from you.

Disbanding (creator)

Disband team → confirm. All members are detached, the remaining team balance goes back to the creator's personal balance, the folder is unshared.
