We specialize in information and consulting services on employment abroad for models, hostesses, party girls, dancers of various styles and directions, vocalists, and other professions in the field of modelling, club, and entertainment business.

At the head of the company is the director. She is the one who manages all processes of Prestige Model Agency, introduces innovations, ensures the quality of work, and the quality of consultations, and controls the fulfilment of all contract terms.

Next is the deputy. Her task is to monitor the work of curators and managers.

Behind them are the direction curators who provide informational support and also solve your questions and all disputed situations during your work. 

A separate curator is assigned to each country, who is a professional in her field. Their work may go unnoticed, but they are the ones who speak English, Turkish, Italian, Spanish, Romanian, and other languages and, in case of a "memory lapse" of the club boss, will defend your interests and solve all your issues.

And of course, the managers’ staff, which consists of 32 professionals. 90% of managers have worked in the past or are currently working on our contracts. They personally check the working conditions in the clubs and tell you about the specifics of work in a particular country without embellishment. Their task is your comfort and full information preparation BEFORE the trip, support during the trip and during the contract. They are the ones you can complain to about a burnt-out light bulb, lack of bedding, or poor heating, and they will help resolve the problem. They will also be happy for your successes, gifts, and high earnings, or offer translation options if the work did not go as planned.

Why do you need a manager?

The manager finds a suitable club with nice working conditions for you. The manager does not take any percentage from your salary! Therefore, working with our agency, you lose absolutely nothing but gain confidence that:
