VIAcode Consulting is looking for a qualified Team Lead to work on “VBox” product.

VIAcode vCCoE-in-a-Box (VBox) is a SaaS (software as a service) solution that facilitates implementation of Cloud Center of Excellence for the organization by providing:

• Guided experience to improve cloud financial management, Security and Operations
• Analytics to improve transparency and visibility into underlying cost, capacity, availability, and security operational telemetry.
• Platform that connects people (Managed Service Provider’s, customers, end customer stakeholders and vendors), processes (ITSM, ALM) and tools (Azure, MS Teams) into the rhythm of business for CCoE.

You will be responsible for:

· Monitoring and improving team workflows and enhancing development efficiency.

· Developing team members by addressing their issues, assisting them in achieving career goals, and evaluating them during performance reviews.

· Growing the team by planning hiring processes, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new team members as necessary.

· Setting goals, overseeing, and assisting the team in achieving them, managing the technical backlog, and working with stakeholders.

· Managing product quality, including architecture, incidents, metrics, and documentation.

· Actively participating in setting business goals and serving as a technical expert for the Product Owner and stakeholders.

· Working hands-on with design, development, and technical discovery.

We expect you to:

· Have experience managing development teams of four or more members

· Know how to establish development processes and be ready to work on their improvement.

· Have a background in backend (C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core) or full-stack development (Angular) and DevOps practices (K8s, Docker, CI/CD pipelines)

· Have experience in product development (creating features for users rather than just for the sake of it).

It would be great if you:

• Have experience working with Cloud Providers’ API like Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Have any agile-related certifications like PSM, PMP, ICP-APM etc.
• Fluent English B2-C1
