Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of engineers.

- Grow engineering team by interviewing, recruiting, and hiring.

- Take the lead in reorganizing existing software development, QA, testing, and deployment processes.

- Actively participate in the development of our trading, research, and analytics platforms.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in software development.

- 3+ years of experience in senior leading roles.

- Deep expertise in C++ (20+) and linux (Arch/Ubuntu):

- Metaprogramming, CRTP, custom allocators.

- CMake, Conan, Google Test.

- Knowledge of TCP/UDP, HTTP/HTTP2, WS protocols.

- Experience with Kafka, ClickHouse, MongoDB, CI/CD (GitLab).

- Experience with trading systems development (order management systems, FIX protocol, etc.) is a strong plus.

- Experience in asset management/proprietary trading firms is a strong plus.

- Experience with scientific Python (NumPy/Pandas, scikit-learn, SciPy) is a strong plus.
