We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to work on a new service (LifeStyle segment) aimed at the mass

user.

Who are we?

Weera is an international platform for developing and strengthening family ties and traditions, as well as uniting

relatives from around the world. Our goal is to help people maintain communication and family ties by

connecting, finding common themes and creating a shared life story in today's digital world.

The platform combines the functionality of family circles, building a 3D tree of family ties, a common timeline and

family wiki. This is not a family social media, but the digital connection and memory vehicle for any family that

takes pride in its roots and looks into the future.

The platform will be available on iOS, Android and in browsers.

Now 2⁄3 of the project's functionality has already been developed and our task is to prepare for the launch and

further development of the product right now.

Stack: Mobile Front - native (Swift, Kotlin), Web - Typescript, Backend - node.js + mongoDB

The team consists of 10 people (product owner, front/back developers, tester, project manager, designer)

Development is conducted according to Agile by two-week sprints.

About the job

We are looking for a professional to take over the following:

1. Leading the development team

2. Participation in the development and support of projects

3. Active interaction with the product owner and testers

4. Passionate writing of high-quality and clean code

We need

• Experience in managing a development team and mentoring

• Team development experience

• Experience in mobile and web development from 3 years

• Strong knowledge of JS and its features

• Ability to write clean and understandable code

• Semantic, cross-browser, and adaptive HTML coding

• Experience writing Unit tests

• Agile development experience

• Experience in commercial project development
