Ever since TF2 was released, the gender of the pyro has been a mystery, you've noticed the pink hand bag in the pyro's closet right? this means the pyro is a girl, but I THINK NOT! It could be the PYRO'S CHOICE, In youtube, a channel that solves gaming mysterys, Mattphew103, solved the mystery, pyro land is not really much evidence, the pyro is a male, a gay one.

He is a gay male. Yeah that video covered it. Pyro land basically his imagination due to scizophrenia. His body and posture was what revealed it. But hey, it's just a theory, a game theory.
If I had a hat for every thread about the Pyro's gender, I would have every hat in TF2.
Stop these autistic threads. Valve never intended the pyro to be anything besides the pyro and they won't ever make the pyro's gender canon. It's just a running joke, stop taking it seriously and thinking valve is hiding clues and crap.

Here's a touchin' story, no one really cares. Seriously does it really matter what the Pyro is? I actually like how valve doesn't tell us what the Pyro is, allowing the Pyro to be pretty much anyone or anything.

how do i install the naked playermodels?
I've been working on revitalizing an abandoned nude fempyro mod. If anyone wants it, feel free to contact me. Right now I've got a basic version, and a huge tits version thats still a work in progress but has more textures to choose from. All come packaged with the most recent fempyro voice pack and the vgui from the reworked hd fempyro mod.
