Philadelphia's School District encouraged its staff to attend the largest free transgender wellness conference in the world, where extremely explicit content was shared in the name of breaking down barriers.
The annual event was held online, organized by the Mazzoni Center, which under the leadership of Sultan Shakir works to improve health and wellbeing among the LGBTQ community in Philadelphia.
The School District, led by Superintendent William Hite, emailed teachers and school staff on their mailing list in July 2021 to invite them to attend, describing it as an opportunity to 'learn more about the issues facing the trans community.'
Over the course of three days, virtual sessions were held on topics including gender realignment surgery, 'prosthetics for sex', adult toys, and consent.
The Philadelphia Trans Wellness conference is the largest in the world, and is now in its 20th year. It was highlighted by the Philadelphia School District last year

Christopher Rufo, a journalist specializing in school districts, wrote in his story for City Journal that attendees included adolescents.
'There's no age limit, because I feel like everybody should be able to access certain information,' said one of the hosts, according to Rufo.
The audience heard from Dr Scott Mosser, the principal at the Gender Confirmation Center in San Francisco, who said that he has performed 'over two thousand top surgeries,' which involve removing breasts.
He said there is no age limit for beginning the 'gender journey,' and would be prepared to discuss the issues with children as young as ten, provided their parents consented.
'I do not have a minimum age of any sort in my practice,' he said.
Another session, entitled 'Gender-Affirming Masculine and Feminizing Hormones for Adolescents and Adults,', featured Dane Menkin, divisional director of LGBTQ services at Main Line Health, discussing treatments ranging from puberty-blocking hormones to manual breast-binding for 'masculinizing' adolescent girls.
'I'm a strong proponent that you can bind for as many hours a day as you can tolerate binding,' he said.
Dr Scott Mosser said he would hold consultations on gender realignment surgery with children as young as 10
Mosser outlined his work at the Gender Confirmation Center (GCC) in San Francisco
Several of the presentations were extremely graphic, with detailed discussions of sexual practices and fetishes.
One session saw instructors discuss various 'kink' activities, including fetishes about puppies, Mary Poppins, and spanking.
'I haven't gotten to explore a lot of my mommy kink. And I think for tonight I'm really wanting to feel cared for, but also get punished a little bit,' said Jamie Joy, who describes themselves as polyamorous.
The session was led by Lucie Fielding, a self-described 'white, queer, kinky, polyamorous, visibly able-bodied, Jewish, witchy, non-binary, trans femme'.
One of the sessions was held to discuss fetishes and 'kink'
Now in its 20th year, the conference was originally a one-day event, giving professionals training on how to become 'a competent health care provider for transgender patients.'
The gathering, which will be held again in July this year, is designed to help transgender, gender-nonconforming, nonbinary and intersex people.
'It has grown into a three-day conference with free general admission to attendees and a thriving professional track for medical, behavioral health, and legal providers,' the organizers state.
'It has grown to provide a safe, affirming, and inclusive space for children in our Kids Camp and Youth Space.'
It was unclear how many teachers attended, if any, and how young the attendees were.
The School District told DailyMail.com: 'The School District of Philadelphia regularly shares with staff optional opportunities available outside of the District to support an ongoing culture of learning.
'In July 2021, the District shared information with staff about the virtual annual Trans Wellness Conference as a way to not only provide opportunities for people to learn about issues facing the trans community, but – more importantly – as an effort to reaffirm our commitment to creating environments where all stakeholders feel welcomed and included.
'As an educational institution, we understand the importance of providing our educators with opportunities to learn about topics that impact the range of students that we serve.
'Sharing information on this conference was nothing more than that.'

Osceola, Arkansas. A 28 year-old former teacher, Nicole J. Winberry , has been charged with inappropriate sexual contact with at least one student at her former place of work, Osceola High School . Winberry, who’s been married for nearly ten years and has twin five year-old boys faces four counts of what the court calls ‘first degree sexual assault ‘. It’s a Class A felony, which is punishable by up to thirty years in prison.
It’s extremely unlikely that she’ll serve such a sentence, but a jail term is a very real possibility.
Arkansas State Police began an investigation not long after an anonymous tip was called into a local Abuse Hotline. A young boy claimed that his teacher, Winberry, had engaged in sexual activities with a male student in his class. After that, three other male students, came forward to say they were assaulted by the woman.
It’s thought that she would call the desired boys to remain after class and then offer to give them oral s*x and then encourage them to take turns penetrating her, sometimes telling them to film the sessions on their cellphones and then send the footage to her later so she could ‘get off’ to the videos.
Winberry’s bond has been set at exactly $15,000. Her court hearing has been set for sometime next month.

Chris Rufo: Liberals believe they can do the same thing to the courts as they’ve done to universities and other institutions –and it’s working.
Senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute Chris Rufo published a lengthy Twitter thread on Tuesday uncovering shocking details of a conference on transgender wellness Philadelphia teachers were encouraged to attend.
Rufo stated that the Philadelphia School District encouraged teachers and staff to participate in the Trans Wellness Conference organized by the LGBTQ organization the Mazzoni Center. The conference had sessions about the use of sex toys, sexual fetishes, and how there should be no age limit for children to begin the "gender journey."
"Last year, the School District of Philadelphia encouraged teachers to attend a transgender conference on 'kink,' ‘BDSM,’ ‘trans sex,’ ‘bigger dick energy,’ and ‘banging beyond binaries,'" Rufo began his Twitter thread. "I've obtained exclusive videos from the conference that will shock you. "

Rufo then shared several videos from the conference. One of the videos was a workshop hosted by trans activist Chase Ross who explained all the different prosthetics that can be used for sex. Throughout the video, Ross showcases numerous dildos and at one point mentions how one is "gigantic" and that "give me two hours alone, and I’ll get this in my butt."
Another video posted included presenter Jamie Joy, who is self-described as a "kinky," "polyamorous," "pretty big slut." Joy shared about organizing orgies in her free time to help people explore their "fantasies" and "perversions." During the video, Joy and another presenter, Lucie Fielding, a self-described "white, queer, kinky, polyamorous, visibly able-bodied, Jewish, witchy, non-binary, trans femme," discussed alternative words people can use to describe genitalia in non-gendered language. Some of the terms they shared were "goodies," "front hole," "back hole," "junk," "bits," "treasure," and more.
Dr. Scott Mosser led another session to talk about his experience in performing gender-affirming surgery. Mosser stated there is no age limit for children to begin their "gender journey."
"I do not have a minimum age of any sort in my practice," he said. "There is no chronological age that says you don't get surgery. Having said that, I don't think I've done a consult on a 12-year-old yet, but we would if one came our way."
Mosser added how he has done a few consults for 12 year-olds, but that most of his patients are 14 or older.
Rufo said the school district has worked with the conference organizer the Mazzoni Center to develop sex education programs for students.

The School District of Philadelphia told Rufo in a comment that the conference was following through on their commitment to "creating equitable and inclusive environments." They also stated they didn't know how many teachers or staff participated in the conference.
The school district did not respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.
Fox News Digital also reached out to the Mazzoni Center to ask if the conference was geared specifically towards educators. In their 2021 annual report , the organization lists that they received more than $5 million in government contracts and also received nearly $2 million in COVID relief funds through the Paycheck Protection Program.

The School District of Philadelphia encouraged its teachers to attend a Trans Wellness Conference in which they explored topics such as “BDSM,” “masturbation sleeves,” “kink,” “banging beyond binaries,” and “trans sex.”
“BDSM” is an overlapping abbreviation meaning some variety of bondage and discipline/domination (BD), dominance and submission (DS), and sadism and masochism or sadomasochism (SM).
The school district’s Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion invited teachers to the conference, saying it was an opportunity to “learn more about the issues facing the trans community,” Christopher Rufo wrote in the Manhattan Institute’s City Journal . The conference was organized by LGBTQ activism organization the Mazzoni Center in the summer of 2021.
In video obtained by Rufo, the conference appears to explore the sexual fetishes of children in offerings such as “The Adolescent Pathway: Preparing Young People for Gender-Affirming Care,” “Bigger Dick Energy: Life After Masculinizing [Gender Reassignment Surgery],” “Prosthetics for Sex,” “The Ins and Outs of Masturbation Sleeves,” and “Trans Sex: Banging Beyond Binaries.”
Some presentations — for which children, teachers, and activists were the audience — included graphic explanations of prosthetic penises, artificial ejaculation devices, and masturbation toys, which were, Rufo wrote, “explicitly promoted to minors.”
“There’s no age limit, because I feel like everybody should be able to access certain information,” one presenter said.
The conference also promoted body mutilation for minors, which proponents claim is “gender-affirming care,” as a viable option for children. Such treatments include breast removal surgeries, genital surgeries, puberty blockers, and hormone treatments.
In a session called “The Adolescent Pathway Preparing Young People for Gender-Affirming Care,” Dr. Scott Mosser of San Francisco’s Gender Confirmation Center boasted his “over 2,000 top surgeries” — the removal of a girl’s breasts — and explained that one’s “gender journey” has no age limit.

Explaining that he would be willing to consult girls as young as ten years old with parental consent, he said, “I do not have a minimum age of any sort in my practice.”
“I’m a strong proponent that you can bind for as many hours a day as you can tolerate binding,” Main Line Health divisional director of LGBTQ services Dane Menkin said, promoting the practice of manually flattening girls’ breasts in order to make them look more masculine — or “masculinizing” young girls.
In a presentation called “Bigger Dick Energy,” male-to-female transgender activists Kofi Opam and Sami Brussels described phalloplasty and the use of prosthetics “navigating cruising and anonymous/casual sex life.”

Another presenter, Chase Ross, was much more explicit in a session dealing with “masturbation sleeves” and “prosthetics for sex” in which he showcased his collection of over 500 genital prosthetics, according to Rufo.
Trans activist Chase Ross hosted a series of sessions on “packers,” “masturbation sleeves,” and “prosthetics for sex,” demonstrating a variety of dildos. “It’s a big boy. This is, like, gigantic,” he said during one demo. “Give me two hours alone and I’ll get this in my butt.” pic.twitter.com/VJot3GoPJl
— Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️ (@realchrisrufo) May 17, 2022
“I have tried and touched many dicks, right — prosthetics, real dicks, all dicks,” he said during a presentation. “This is one of the most realistic feeling in terms of like the inside of a penis.”
“It’s a big boy, this is, like, gigantic,” he continued. “Alright, give me two hours alone and I’ll get this in my butt.”
Sessions became even more extreme when self-described “kinky,” “polyamorous,” “pretty big slut” Jamie Joy and self-described “white, queer, kinky, polyamorous, visibly able-bodied, Jewish, witchy, non-binary, trans femme” Lucie Fielding gave a presentation on “Trans Sex: Banging Beyond Binaries.”

— Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️ (@realchrisrufo) May 17, 2022
The two women advocated using what Rufo describes as “politically correct anatomical language” such as “front hole” and “back hole,” as well as for persons to “explore their fantasies and their perversions in groups.”
“I haven’t gotten to explore a lot of my mommy kink,” Joy said. “And I think for tonight I’m really wanting to feel cared for, but also get punished a little bit.”
“It is important to remember that this conference is not a fringe activity,” Rufo said. “The Mazzoni Center, which organized it, received more than $5 million in government contracts last year and runs sexuality programs in schools throughout the region.”
