Teacher 👨‍🏫 factors affecting student 👨‍🎓️ achievement in biological sciences

✅ The purpose of this study was to investigate the teacher 👨‍🏫 related factors affecting student 👨‍🎓️ achievement in Biological sciences in selected secondary schools 🏫 in Bomet and ➕ Kericho Counties. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, five 5️⃣ specific research objectives were generated to guide the investigation i.e. to assess the relationship between the teachers 👨‍🏫 gender and ➕ students 👨‍🎓️ achievement in biological sciences, to assess the relationship between teacher 👨‍🏫 experience and ➕ student 👨‍🎓️ achievement in biological sciences, to determine the effect of the teachers 👨‍🏫 knowledge levels 🎚️ on students 👨‍🎓️ achievement in biological sciences, to determine the effect of the teachers 👨‍🏫 skills 🤹 levels 🎚️ on students 👨‍🎓️ achievement in biological sciences and ➕ to determine the effect of the teachers 👨‍🏫 level 🎚️ of disposition on students 👨‍🎓️ achievement in biological sciences. A descriptive survey design was employed. The instruments 🎷 used to collect data were teachers 👨‍🏫 questionnaire, lesson observation guide, classroom checklist and ➕ biology 🧫 achievement test questionnaire for form four 4️⃣ students 👨‍🎓️. The data for the study was analyzed using both descriptive and ➕ inferential statistics.
