The result is a delicious coffee that is delicious on its own or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges very well.
When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boiling water to ensure that it stays warm and ready to brew. After making the coffee, let it steep for four minutes. This will ensure that the grounds are saturated and are not over-extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Do not stir or stir the coffee as this can cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in your cup.
