Job Title: Tatar Language Expert

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Transcribe Tatar-language videos, accurately noting timestamps and speaker details.
* Translate complex materials between Tatar and English, ensuring contextual and conceptual accuracy.
* Analyze linguistic features such as grammar, tone, and conceptual meaning at an expert level.
* Detect and annotate emotional and tonal nuances expressed by speakers within multimedia content.
* Produce clear and comprehensive documentation for language data and annotation tasks.
* Collaborate closely with the customer's team and deliver feedback to improve data quality and project outcomes.
* Commit to a minimum of 15 hours of work weekly, prioritizing both written and verbal communication excellence.
Required Skills And Qualifications
* Native or near-native fluency in both Tatar and English languages.
* Demonstrated expertise in transcription, translation, and advanced linguistic analysis.
* Strong capability for detecting emotional tone and annotating language data.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setting.
* Experience in documentation and reporting within linguistics or language-related projects.
* Comfortable navigating various digital tools and platforms for annotation and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience working with AI, machine learning, or language data annotation projects.
* Background in linguistics, translation studies, or related fields.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze and document complex language phenomena.
