Targeted Individual Update
TDC777I just wanted to give some thoughts I've been having.
While browsing the Internet I came across this graphic about the NRO mission badges. The National Reconnaissance Office controls all the reconnaissance (secret) satellites. It has the largest budget by far for any intelligence agency. (Disturbingly, their budget is still classified like they really have something to hide.) Not only that, it does all of its activities almost entirely through corporate entities. This makes it the perfect mechanism to hide nefarious activity from the public as you can't file Freedom of Information Act requests with private companies.
(Other TIs blame it on the Schriever Air Force Base in Colorado. It is called by many as "Area 52." They house the Air Force Satellite Control Network (AFSCN) which controls all the other DoD satellites (Perhaps, some of the same?) and some non-DoD satellites. With the creation of the Space Force in December 2019, the Space Force now controls the AFSCN instead of the Air Force.)
I bring this up as in my story, I was getting hit in the privates by some heat ray above me that I couldn't block while on a train, Greyhound bus, public bus, and a taxi going cross country. I didn't notice or hear any helicopter or plane above (except for maybe the train) while this was happening. It's almost like they didn't want me traveling. I say this as the only other time they hit me with this specific attack from above was when I was in a car dealership buying a car (didn't own a car before that). I assume they don't use it on me all the time because they are dedicating an entire satellite, if not more, to pull this off, have other Targeted Individuals to use it on, and probably fear detection if they used it all the time.
From my understanding, satellites use something called a phased array antenna. With it they can focus a beam on something. It is good enough to aim it to an antenna on an airplane to give it WiFi. So speed isn't a problem for them. They are now using that technology to hit antennas on a cruise ship to give it WiFi. So distance/cloud cover isn't a problem for them either. I'm thinking they can easily also aim it at a body party if they wanted to.
(Ready to get scared? Those 5G towers are going to have phased array antennas on them.)
In those NRO graphics above, a Latin phrase on one translates to "If I told you, I would have to kill you." Those exact same words were told to my family by a neighbor (the one next to us on our side of the street, right side if facing the front of our house, left side if looking out our front door) while talking about his work. He is a US Military helicopter pilot. These other badges by different agencies (US Air Force, Space Operation Center, and the NROC, a NRO command center) show lightning bolts strikes the earth. It's like all the departments in the military involved in flight and space, not just the NRO, are hinting that they can hit you with energy beams if they want to. I saw him and my ex-sheriff neighborhood across the street talking to each other during Halloween night 2018 while looking at me with disgust. If you read my story, you would know I became a Targeted Individual in November 2018 and was perpetually hacked since August/September 2017. I started to get harassment from helicopters (including military/national guard helicopters) in January 2019.
Some other mottos of the NRO badges: "Keep your distance, you who are uninitiated"; "Let them hate, so long as they fear"; and "None of your f---ing business."
Seems like the type of people who would never abuse their power....
