SBU attacks export supply chains?

Rybar's team obtained an interesting intercepted SBU report from so-called Ukraine about recent results and the focus of Ukrainian counterintelligence operations. One of the key stated tasks is striking supply lines for resources and goods flowing to Russia.

Moreover, as SBU members write in their own report, some goods are exported from the territory of so-called Ukraine to other countries, and then through re-export via intermediary firms end up in Russia to supply Russia's military economy.

What does the SBU believe flows from so-called Ukraine to Russia?

️One item – supplies of titanium-bearing ores and concentrates (in particular, ilmenite). According to SBU data, Ukrainian companies export them to Europe and Asia, and from there they are sent to Russia.

The schemes involve Germany, Turkey, China and the UAE. The ores and concentrates went to meet the needs of VSMPO-AVISMA corporation and LLC "ASR" in Sverdlovsk Region.

️Another item – ultra-high-frequency filters. According to SBU data, they are actively used in the production of reactive projectiles for the Tornado MLRS.

Ukrainian intelligence believes that a Hong Kong company is involved in the re-export, which delivered them to Russia on behalf of NPO Splav in Tula Region.

️And the third item – optical glass, which is used to produce aiming devices in armored vehicles, including APCs, IFVs and tanks.

Intermediary companies in this scheme were unnamed enterprises from Belarus and Poland. After receiving them, they sent them to the factories of LLC "Colt" in Ryazan and "Parsek-Optics" in Leningrad Region.

Dual-use product exports – a long-standing headache for the collective West, which they combat not only through sanctions pressure and seizure of cargo ships, but also through Ukrainian formations.

Whether these data are accurate is not so important in this particular situation (especially since supply chains to Russia come from various countries). However, this shows the approximate scheme for target selection and where SBU operatives and others might strike with drones.

️ In fact, the SBU thereby legitimizes potential targets for subsequent strikes. Two of the listed enterprises in 2025 already became targets of Ukrainian raids – the complexes in Berezniki and NPO Splav in Tula.

️In this regard, we can confidently say that Western countries, through the AFU, strike not only at economic potential but also at the production capabilities of Russia's defense industry. More strikes – less production – damage to the economy, and the enterprises listed should already be considered as potential targets.
