I wasn't sure about which picture, I have more without nylons, like last one, but decided for one where I'm wearing stockings. Probably the other option - without stockings - will follow shortly...
for me it is the last weekend of holidays, next Monday the preparations for the new academic season start.
After a hosiery-free Spring & Summer, a cool evening signals the start of the stocking season.
Soon no more sleeveless dresses, shorts and sandals, instead jackets and boots and furs.
They all have their charms I suppose, but I'm really going to miss the warm weather fashions.
Oh well, any of our choices are better than what the "other" gender gets stuck wearing.
oh, next time I take this jacket with me, I'll make sure book my hotel in a safer neighborhood and/or to have someone escorting me on the street to make sure I stay safe...
in between the suede dress and the blue dress, I also took some pics without dress, oops ;)
I love the feeling of my eight strap garter belt, and how the straps hold up my stockings.
like I did throughout the past week, I have been selecting pics from exactly one year ago when I had over a full week with Barbara time and went out several times. On the 17th I tried this dress, among others, and I love to look back at it. How I'd like to dance the night away in this dress again, but there will come another day to wear this dress I am sure :)
although the seam is not visible, I wear here my seamed stockings, tan nylon with a black seam, I love it :)

it was downtown, close to the main station in Mainhattan, and I wished I had picked a hotel in a bit safer neighborhood. I just didn't want to run any risk and stayed in. I still had a good time though, great to walk around in pumps and stockings :)
Next time I'll pick a hotel in a better neighborhood :)
here's one more playing around in my turquoise skirt and combining it with my jacket. Here I'm just wearing my tight black camisole and no sheer top. For a night of dancing that would be fine I guess?
on the day I received this dress and I started unpacking, I realized the glitters were going everywhere and after I made sure it fits perfectly, I waited patiently to wear it outside my own home to avoid questions where all the glitters would come from...
So here, in a hotel room in FFM, I made my own party in a glitter dress :)

didn't anticipate on that when packing my little suede dress with matching pumps, but how lovely the seat in my hotel room was also matching my outfit :)
Here you can see the contrast I was looking for in this outfit with the tan look of my legs against the bright yellow of the outfit. you like?
this was one of the earlier dresses I bought myself, and I still love to wear it every now and then. It feels just perfect, soft fabric and the size seems made for me :). The time of the year is right for flowers, isn't it?

So, having acquired these, I took this matching dress together with the pumps and appropriate tan stockings with me on a business trip. In this picture, I completed the look with a slim snake print belt.

that is the best description for the color of the dress and heels.
the heels are actually deep deep red flowing into black, but they look more purple than red. They work so well with this purple dress, I am happy about the combination :) Aiming at elegance, I chose for my eight jarretelle belt to hold up tan nylon stockings with a cuban heel and a seam.
This dress is worn to work by her, and I envy her colleagues, well at least I can try the work look sometimes myself :)

I was tempted to share a picture recently (purple Friday) of the hand of my son. I pictured his purple nails and was obviously affected by the fact he had let "them" do his nails to show his inclusive nature. I so love how socially involved he is, probably co-stimulated by the presence of a trans parent of one of his friends, but he doesn't know about my activity as Barbara and I am not ready to share with him or others close to me... about balancing: I continuously wonder how life would be if the female part in me would dare to step out of the shade....

SHIRLEY HOLDEN is concerned and seeing that this puts our own ears out of joint they're not long enough all we can say is boo to Bimbo. Shirley is a gay Scot and a happy housewife, and that their Bimbo is sneaking half the picture. You can tell that by the grin on his face.
Well, any Bimbo who sits on Shirley's lap is a spoilt Bimbo - he's old enough to be sent out on a paper round. Outside her regard for Bimbo, Shirley is a fan of Queens Park Football Club and a keen hockey player.
That guy is right in the picture again, but not so much that we can't see Shirley is just as photogenic as he is. In fact, long ears never look as captivating as long legs.
