Nicholas Donin was a Jew who lived in France in the 13th century. He became very anti-Jewish and caused the Disputation of Paris, which led to Talmud burnings. Before that, he was a student of Rabbi Yechiel of Paris.

Donin wrote a text in which he summarized the teachings of the Talmud.

Wikipedia about the Talmud:

The Talmud (lit. 'teaching') is the central text of Rabbinic Judaism and the primary source of Jewish religious law (halakha) and Jewish theology.[2][3][4][5] Until the advent of modernity, in nearly all Jewish communities, the Talmud was the centerpiece of Jewish cultural life and was foundational to "all Jewish thought and aspirations", serving also as "the guide for the daily life" of Jews.

Donin's summary of the Talmud is known as "Nicholas Donin's Charges Against the Talmud." I will now insert it below.
