Talentchain, is a real time ledger that records an individual’s learning journey from inception to becoming of a talent asset, in a manner that serves as a tamper proof skill repository. The resultant is a lifelong digital passport that stores academic certificates, skills, endorsements, awards, badges and recognitions of an individual be it a student or a professional.

Talent Passport is a single storehouse of skills and credentials that provides a multi-faceted projection of one’s talent journey to help an individual to better manage and plan their career graph. It also facilitates easy sharing of one’s verified details with future employers and recruiters.

Business model. Talentchain’s fundamental processes involve a Publisher of information, typically a University or Company, recording student or employee credentials on the Blockchain that are tamper-proof, authentic and sealed for life. These credentials form a Learning Passport for the Owner who can share the details with verifiers like Recruiters, Banks, Governments and other Universities.

Talentchain primarily orchestrates trust and security in the talent management ecosystem.There are three key participant:

1. Educational Institutions that plot the knowledge asset journey in the blockchain
2. Employers who harness and nurture the talent and the enablers like banks
3. Governments who seek compliance while supporting the development of this talent pool

Token:

The name of the token is TTO. Platform is ERC20. Supply of Tokens-300 Million. Base Token Price is $0.1. Hard Cap is $15 Million. SoftCap is $2 Million. ICO Availability is 60% Tokens. Currently accepting payments are ETH (preferred), BTC and Fiat Currency (USD).

PRE-ICO IS NOW LIVE (25% bonus TTO).
