Position
We are looking for a Talent Partner to support our Technology, Product and Customer Success Leads in building high-performing software development and customer success teams. The successful applicant will be a champion of Oradian's culture and values, partnering with Team Leads in talent acquisition and talent development efforts.
Applicants must have a solid understanding of HR business practices. Applicants must have experience working hands-on in international operations and effectively collaborate with cross-functional, diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Coaching and thought leadership on Talent
- Coach Team Leads on how to lead their teams, navigate and resolve team members’ issues, and manage programmes that help develop Oradian team members
- Build relationships with senior business leaders to offer thought leadership on organisational and people-related strategy and execution
Talent acquisition and development
- Partner with a cross-functional group of subject matter experts to design and execute strategies for how we hire, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organise work
- Roll out programmes to support team leads and team members, including hiring, onboarding, compensation, performance and talent development programmes
- Provide expertise in the following areas: talent acquisition, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programmes and strategic development
Implementing solutions
- Design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organisational solutions
Your qualification
- Minimum of five years of experience in at least one (preferably both):
- HR business partnership or generalist experience supporting senior leaders at global, international companies
- Working in technology (software development, preferably Software-as-a-Service) organisations
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- A combination of HR experience in the following areas: talent acquisition, talent development, succession planning, performance management, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, recognition programmes, conflict resolution, employee relations, culture maintenance, coaching, business and change management consulting
