Stride Social is looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals to join our growing Talent Management team.This role is ideal for someone interested in social media, influencer marketing and the creator economy. Previous industry experience is not required. We are looking for confident communicators who are proactive, results-driven and comfortable building relationships with creators and brands.
As an Influencer Talent Manager, you will build and manage your own roster of creators, secure brand partnerships and help talent develop their careers. You will receive extensive initial training alongside ongoing education and upskilling in areas such as creator acquisition, sales, negotiation, brand outreach, campaign management and relationship building. Whether you are new to the industry or already have relevant experience, you will be given the systems, knowledge and commercial skills needed to perform at a high level and take on greater responsibility as Stride grows.

Your Responsibilities
* Research and identify promising influencers
* Reach out to prospective talent and conduct introductory calls
* Sign and onboard new creators
* Manage and support the creators on your roster
* Identify relevant brands and commercial opportunities
* Conduct brand outreach and secure paid partnerships
* Negotiate rates, deliverables and campaign terms
* Coordinate campaigns from agreement through completion
* Maintain clear communication between creators and brands
* Attend team meetings every Monday and Thursday
* Participate in training and team development
* Track progress and collaborate with the wider Stride Social team
Who We Are Looking For

* A strong written and verbal communicator
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Resilient and able to handle rejection
* Coachable and committed to improving your skills
* Ambitious and motivated to develop into a high-performing Talent Manager

Experience in social media, marketing, sales, business development, customer service or account management is beneficial but not essential.
