Role Overview
Influx is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Director to spearhead recruitment initiatives and oversee human resources functions for our primary segments.
This remote, work-from-home position involves managing a team—both directly and through collaborative influence—to reshape customer support for clients worldwide. In this role, you will drive the development and rollout of HR policies, initiatives, and services globally across two of our most critical client segments.
Our primary objectives include:
* Acting as the main HR point of contact for designated Delivery Heads to address talent and overall HR needs.
* Expanding our human resources presence within Latin America to facilitate company growth.
* Attracting and retaining exceptional talent while upholding rigorous recruitment standards.
* Ensuring operational excellence across the entire Human Resources department.
* Partnering with executive leadership to ensure operational alignment.
* Spotting industry trends to formulate precise forecasts and strategic plans.
Reporting directly to the Global Head of HR, this role provides an exceptional chance to collaborate with a compact, dedicated executive team delivering substantial international impact.

Candidate Requirements
* At least 5 years of leadership experience within a Talent Acquisition team.
* Proven history of making high-quality, strategic choices regarding staffing and organizational development.
* Outstanding capabilities in organizational execution and strategic planning.
* Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English.
* An open-minded orientation alongside a genuine desire to work across varied cultures and backgrounds.
* A structured approach to thinking paired with an active, hands-on style.
* Prior background in the BPO sector or an allied field.
* A comprehensive grasp of key HR pillars would be a nice plus (including Recruitment, Performance Tracking, Compensation & Benefits, Legal Compliance, and Internal Relations).
