Opportunity Overview
This is an internal hire at Palm Outsourcing, joining our core team at a pivotal growth stage. You'll help shape how we run talent acquisition and recruiting operations, directly influencing the quality and speed of hiring we deliver to international clients.
Role Description
You'll own full cycle recruitment for Palm's core team, from sourcing and headhunting through screening, trial tasks, and interviews. Working hands-on with AI-powered recruiting tools, you'll build automations that speed up the process while keeping candidate data and pipeline hygiene tight. You'll be the main point of contact for candidates, delivering warm, timely communication throughout. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role for someone who thrives on pace and detail in equal measure.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Recruitment Ownership - Manage the full hiring lifecycle across domains and niche roles, sourcing to offer.
* Headhunting and Sourcing - Use LinkedIn and other channels to find and engage top talent proactively.
* Screening and Progression - Run structured screens, keep scorecards sharp, and move candidates through tasks and interviews.
* Candidate Experience and Follow-Up - Be the candidate's go-to contact with warm, timely, human communication.
* AI Tools and Automation - Work hands-on with AI recruiting tools and build new automations as we grow.
* Pipeline Hygiene and Process Building - Keep candidate data clean, tracking tight, and fix inefficiencies proactively.
* Job Posting and Distribution - Post roles across channels and keep listings accurate and visible.
Minimum Qualifications
* Recruitment Experience - 1-2 years in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar role.
* Confident Sourcer - Comfortable proactively finding candidates and persuading them to enter a process.
* Strong Communication Skills - Fluent written and spoken English, outgoing and comfortable on calls.
* Organised With Attention to Detail - Keeps stages, notes, and candidate data clean across systems.
* High Ownership and Pace - Proactive self-starter able to move quickly without dropping quality.
* Hands-on AI Usage - Uses AI to draft outreach, summarise CVs, and build shortlists.
* Tool Agility - Picks up new tools quickly and works confidently across multiple systems daily.
Bonus Qualifications
* Remote Startup Experience - Comfortable with autonomy, async work, and building processes as you go.
* Recruiting Ops Experience - Experience creating SOPs, scorecards, templates, and SLAs for repeatability.
* Mass Hiring Experience - Able to handle high volume while maintaining quality and process hygiene.
