What Will You Do?

• You will be leading development of projects involving CRM and data-tracking solutions with our clients from the private sector.
• You will participate on daily standups to give and receive updates on the project status and define priorities.
• You will receive your tasks in an issue tracker tool and manage issue states as you progress.
• You will implement solutions using technologies revolving around JavaScript and TypeScript and submit them for code reviews.
• You will participate in code reviews and code-related discussions.
• You will help the development team resolve code-related issues via consultations.
• You will help with onboarding of new team members.

Who You Are

• You have at least 4 years of experience working with web technologies (React.js, Node.js).
• You're a veteran JavaScript and TypeScript developer with multiple projects behind your back.
• You've clear understanding of concepts such as:
• Web APIs
• Authentication and authorization
• Web security
• Microservices architecture
• Legacy code refactoring
• You're an effective communicator and a team player.
• You can openly give and receive feedback.
• You can plan large feature developments and delegate tasks to others.
• You are willing to help others when they require assistance.
• Previous experience in a team lead role is not necessary, if you can see yourself in roles mentioned above, it could be the match :)

Remote Work

We plan our operations using the Central European Time (CET).

Holidays and vacations are also planned according to the Slovak public holidays calendar.
