Take the A-Train To Your DS
DeniThe long-running train sim goes portable.
Japanese game developer Artdink used this week's issue of Famitsu magazine to announce A-Train DS, latest in their long-running series of railway management simulators. The title's due out April 23 in Japan for 5500 yen; no US release has been announced.
Originally released way back in 1985, the A-Train series enjoys one of the world's most fervent fanbases in its home nation of Japan. The basic idea is simple -- you're the head of a railway company, building lines and stations and helping expand the town that serves as your home base.
America hasn't seen an A-Train game since 1992, although Artdink's most recent release -- A-Train HX -- was released last year on the Xbox 360 in Europe.
