Taekwon-do) — корейское боевое искусство. Характерная особенность — активное использование ног в бою; причём как для ударов, так и для защитных действий [1]. Слово «тхэквондо» складывается из трёх корейских слов: [тхэ] «топтать» + [квон] «кулак» + [до] «путь, метод, учение, дао ».
Тхэквондо - корейское боевое искусство, которым занимаются в 206 странах по всему миру. В нем важны не только бойцовские качества. В переводе с корейского «тхэквондо» является сочетанием трех слов: «тхэ» (нога или удар ногой), «квон» (кулак или удар кулаком) и «до» (путь, метод, учение).
Тхэквондо — корейское боевое искусство и олимпийский вид спорта, основанный на использовании ударов ногами и руками в сочетании с философской системой самосовершенствования. Особенность тхэквондо — акцент на высокие и прыжковые удары ногами, составляющие до 70% техники.
Тхэквондо или Таеквон-До («тхэ» — нога, «квон» — кулак (рука), «до» — искусство) - олимпийский вид спорта, корейское боевое искусство, особенностью которого является возможность использования в бою ног для ударов и бросков.
