With only her younger son Jimmy who's more concerned with his band and best friend Blake than his mother, to keep her company, Barbara finds a friend in Joyce, whom she discovers is having an affair with her own son, Brian. Whereas Joyce and Brian have fully embraced their incestuous relationship, Barbara finds herself possessively jealous of Jimmy when she spies him with his needy and manipulative groupie girlfriend Diane. Although she is shocked to discover confidante Joyce in bed with Brian, Joyce encourages her not only to seek comfort with him but also to branch out to young guys in general starting with the pizza delivery boy. Jimmy and Brian are both helping prepare a fledgling band for a major tour and record deal, and accomplish the latter by throwing an orgy for the record company executive. No mention is made of either James "Jimmy" Scott (Jerry Butler) in Taboo or Brian McBride (Blake Palmer) in Taboo II, but both of their presences in Taboo III are accepted without apparent question.

Taboo III brings back Kay Parker as the star focusing on the character of Barbara Scott again who is still lusting for her son Paul who has moved out. She lives with her son Jimmy the infamous Jerry Buttler and his girlfriend who Barbara disaproves of. This 1984 film reeks of 80's in terms of the subplot about Jimmy's rock band trying to score a record deal , and the music has gotten way more cheesy since the first two making it all the better. The main problem with this film though is the picture is wayyy too dark suffering from a dark tint making the scenes hard to watch and it runs way to long for a porno movie 95 minutes. Still a good watch...look for Ron Jeremy as the record producer classic scene 9/10

The bookstore has Thanksgiving titles on display and the newspaper that Sherry reads has "Thanksgiving Greetings" indicating that filming took place in the fall of 1981.
If Taboo III is to be believed, then Gregory "Junior" McBride Jr. (Kevin James) and Sherrie McBride (Dorothy LeMay) have a younger brother, Brian, but he never appears in Taboo II.
I seem to remember that the original VHS release was approximately one hour and fifty minutes long. This movie is focused on Dorothy Lemay's family played by Eric Edwards(dad),Honey Wilder (in her best role as mom), and Kevin James as big brother. I can say without hesitation that this one is much better than the original "Taboo". There are nine scenes #1 Kay Parker, Juliett Anerson, and Kevin James. #2 James and Bambii. #3 James, Bambii, Lemay #4 Honey Wilder and Eric Edwards. #5 James and Lemay. #6 Wilder and James. #7 Humungous orgy featuring Parker, Anderson, Lemay and at least 15 extras. #8 Lemay and Edwards #9 Wilder and Edwards. The story is believable, but unlikely.
